    After watching this video, I ordered Carpet Bomber ($17 USD) to remove some stains in my car. Unfortunately, they didn't come out and the sprayer that it came with wasn't very good either. However, I was able to remove them with Zap It ($8 USD) from Superior Products. It did the job with 1 try and only 1 product. Not sure what's in it, but it's fantastic! Sure hope that more viewers on this channel will request that you do a review of Superior's products. Good stuff and incredibly affordable too!!

    First, thank you for all your free information - I truly appreciate it. I'm a new(female) mobile detailer, and watched many of your videos over and over, and can't thank you enough. I live on a small island in Canada, and the majority of the roads are dirt and wet. I recently was asked to clean an SUV with a slight mould smell on the seats. I have many of the P&S products and I want to know if I can apply this 3-step process with steam and my rigid wet Vac to attack the mold? Or is there a better solution?

      You found the right channel to help you learn everything about detailing.
      To answer your question, it's not as simple as it seems, as I can't see the extent of your issue, how long it has been there, how deep in the fabrics the mold is happening, etc.
      But certainly, this 3-part system is an excellent step to begin with. You could even get a small inexpensive steam cleaner to further help boost the performance of the cleaners. This is a steam cleaner I usually recommend: amzn.to/3VEkPnw
      You can also buy a drill brush attachment brush to agitate the chemicals: amzn.to/404bDLP
      If you search for "mold removal car seats" on TH-cam, you'll find a bunch of tutorials on the topic.
      Happy holidays!

    These 3 would be my go to, except I need to do seats, carpets, floors mats and the boot mats. I have no doubts that P&S will be perfect but....I'm not sure if all three will do every single surface in the car as its heavily soiled. I'm planning on an all day-seats-out-deep clean with and extractor and drill brush to get everything off. Im leaning towards Koch Kemie Pol Star as its £8 for 1 litre bottle that needs diluting to 1:5 to 1:20 making either 5 to 20 litres of solid cleaning power enough to do 2 cars for £8... its a tough decision, I will go over all of the fabric with a layer of P&S Absolute though to leave the fabrics protected as I know its waterless wash with protective properties that will do nicely on fabrics 👌

    • @PanTheOrganizer
      @PanTheOrganizer  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      For heavier dirt and grime on carpets and upholstery, there's no doubt the P&S system does a deeper clean, compared to a pH neutral Pol Star. Pol star is more for light to medium soiled surfaces in comparison.
      P&S Absolute is a rinseless wash, and isn't designed to be used as a fabric protectant. For that, you would use a dedicated fabric guard like CarPro Fabric 2.0, 303 Fabric Guard, Gtechniq Smart Fabric, etc.

    • @79blustone
      @79blustone ปีที่แล้ว

      @PanTheOrganizer I could have sworn Sydney from P&S touched on the subject of using Absolute on carpet mats after the P&S carpet cleaning system and interior on the P&S Absolute released a video with the guy from the rag company, when that product came out to use on fabrics and interiors as a rinse aid. It'll do interior too and in a steamer. I do like P&S though 👍

    I went to detail my friends wife's car. They had not cleaned, vaccumed, or washed to interior in over a year. They had a older toyota with cloth, and carpet mats was def medium to heavy bad condition(lots of built up dirt, sand, food debris, and etc). I was empty handed on carpet and upholstery cleaners i had griots garage interior cleaner but that was not made for heavy staining on carpet and cloth fibers.
    I went to local store to buy meguiars upholstery cleaner the ones with the attached brush too much foam coming out not consistent even spray on the surface... i had to work with what i had. If i'd known about p&s carpet cleaners easily would of bought the whole set. I brushed those mats, and cloth seats for awhile did help somewhat but yea. Then went over with my bissell hydrostream extractor that did extract decent amount of dirt/grease, and contaminants with at least 5 passes up down left and right. The mats were alot cleaner but still had some minor staining on the corners of the mats.
    I tried my best to completely clean as much as i can. But def going to invest in some P&S carpet cleaners!

      A snow foam is meant to safely lift and encapsulate loose dirt and debris, and also to lubricate the surface before the contact wash, to minimize the chances of getting swirls and scratches in your paint. Some snow foams are only for lubrication (pH neutral), while others have a higher cleaning potential (alkaline snow foams or acidic snow foams).
      Some shampoos can be used both as snow foams and in the bucket. Shampoos like CarPro Reset, Adam's Car Shampoo, Phoenix EOD APEX auto wash, Koch Chemie Gsf, etc.
      Some snow foams can't be used in the bucket: CarPro Lift, Gyeon Foam, Bilth Hamber Touch-Less, etc.

I followed the directions, by spraying lightly and allowing it to sit for 3+ minutes. Then I wiped. There was some improvement. I also tried using a brush on my cordless drill. No real difference. Perhaps tomorrow it will look better. Update: I applied the cleaner to another carpet spot on a different type of carpeting. Completely gone!

    Does it make sense to use Finisher after any other carpet cleaner or is it only for use after p&s products?
    For example I use Koch Chemie PolStar because it is very economical for professional use.
    Finisher sounds interesting. So it would maybe a benefit to use after Pol Star.

    • @PanTheOrganizer
      @PanTheOrganizer  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Pol Star is pH neutral so in theory doesn't need to be neutralized after use. If you use an alkaline cleaner or APC or carpet cleaner, then yes you should neutralize with Finisher or use an extractor.

    quick question can you just use the terminator and finisher. Why would I waste time seeing if carpet bomber will take it out, If I can just use terminator for any stains? Just curious

    • @PanTheOrganizer
      @PanTheOrganizer  ปีที่แล้ว

      For spot cleaning, Terminator followed by Finisher could be ok, but if you don't really know what caused that stain (organic vs inorganic) sometimes it's best to also have Carpet Bomber in your arsenal.
      You would use Carpet Bomber when there is lots of dirt and oily soil. If you’ve got stains and spills, Terminator and Finisher should work fine. It’s when there is a decent amount of dirt, then Terminator and Finisher just won’t do the job. They are not designed to lift and remove soil, and Carpet Bomber is essential in that situation. And this information comes from Dave himself, the chemist of P&S.

    • @PanTheOrganizer

      Yes, but be very careful with headliners. You never want to oversaturate them as it can unglue the liner from the roof and start sagging. Very light applications, a gentle scrub with a soft brush or microfiber towel, neutralize, and blot the excess liquid with a clean and dry towel.

    Is any extra dying (either with towels or forced air) needed when using this method?

    • @PanTheOrganizer
      @PanTheOrganizer  ปีที่แล้ว

      Not really as you're not saturating the carpets with liquid like you would with an extractor for example. Let them air dry a bit and they should be fine. If you feel there is lots of moisture left and want to speed things up, you can set them in the sun to air dry, or get a compact air mover to place inside the vehicle (many pro detailers use that method).
