I would pay top dollar for some of the useful information this guy has accumulated from his modeling career, you don't attain those kinds of speeds thru luck, and did anyone notice how he didn't use motor wires, they were what looked like brass plates connecting everything together, makes sense because the wire would probably not tolerate that heat too well, there was a lot of useful information just in the pictures of the running gear...

Even before lipos were used in boats much 20 or so yrs ago they had already topped what nitro motors are capable of. A 2 stroke on nitro is doing all it will ever do, electric is still just getting started but this guy is close to max ide say. I had a 30inch cat in the day with about 50volts and a motor big as a beer can. Batts weighed almost 20lbs back then. Good for roughly 60mph
Encapsulated steel ball bearings. Lehner (LMT engines) also installed steel ball bearings. Up to 50,000, I have also installed plain bearings. The bearings are kept constantly checked and replaced more often.

There is a page on the internet where all the rules are "rc.saw.de". The competition is mainly financed by the entry fees of the drivers and a few sponsors. Anyone can take part if the boat obeys the rules.

Die Lipo Zelle wurde in China gefertigt, aber sämtliche Anschlüsse sind auch ein Eigenbau. Die blanke Zelle ist aber wirklich das einzigste Teil wo so gekauft wurde.

@@lapdog1479 Why wouldn't it? The narrow cockpit clearly suggests a one-person craft, maybe two in tandem, so scaled-up I still say it would be about 150 ft long from the front of the sponsons to the tip of the tail section.

And nitro is for people that can't tune electric !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ich habe beide Varianten schon betrieben. Am Anfang war es auch Nitro (RC Car / Boats) bevor ich dann auf elektrisch gewechselt habe. Tatsache ist das bei elektro schon sehr viel Fachwissen nötig ist. In diesem Boot ist alles Eigenbau bis hin zum ESC Regler der 1000 A aushält. Viele Boote wo auf meinem Kanal zu sehen sind gibt es gar nicht zu kaufen, da es überwiegend Eigenbauten sind.

They are in Europe... most likely Germany. They use a comma instead of a period. For example 120.5 mph would be 120,5 mph. So, the 185,756 is actually 185.756mph to us. The answer from "Pat Patterson" is already 2 days old.

Ich habe beide Varianten schon betrieben. Am Anfang war es auch Nitro (RC Car / Boats) bevor ich dann auf elektrisch gewechselt habe. Tatsache ist das bei elektro schon sehr viel Fachwissen nötig ist. In diesem Boot ist alles Eigenbau bis hin zum ESC Regler der 1000 A aushält. Viele Boote wo auf meinem Kanal zu sehen sind gibt es gar nicht zu kaufen, da es überwiegend Eigenbauten sind.
