Most Height averages include old people and people that barely leave the house. When you go out, whether to a bar, a club or to school, you quickly realize the average height in any given situation is MUCH higher.
I work at a bar and on an average day I see hundreds of men that are well over 6ft. tall.
If you're even an inch under 6ft. you are at a severe disadvantage in modern dating.
Women don't give a DAMN if the average male height is 5'9" in America when every club is packed with 100 guys that are over 6ft.
Average height is actually the average height of 19 year old men, the claim that "it includes a lot of old people" is wrong and assumes that old people are short, here in the Netherlands I meet a dozens of men older than 50 who are well over 6'6 every day.

I met up with my friends at the bar about 2 weeks ago and also noticed, that about a half of guys there were chads or at least chadlites. My conclusion was that normies an sub5s avoid this kind of places, because they already know, that they have no chance of success when approaching a girl there.

I am someone who might have been considered a chad in college. 6’2 230 lbs with relatively low body fat percentage, good muscle mass from constant gym training and diet, above average facial attractiveness and 130 iq. I had my body count in the double digits by the end of my first year at college. After putting on some weight in fat after college during Covid, I am treated like shit by women of varying attractiveness although not only am I nicer and more conscientious, but have my life in order as well and making a lot more money. Although I'm just 5'7 I tend to have decent luck compared to guys a few inches taller. My brother's are both 5'9 with a bigger bone structure but I would always get the positive attention from relatives because my face is more attractive. To be honest I think circumstances matter a lot. I only get lucky when I'm out with some good friends having a good time and conditions are ripe. Now that I'm older I simply don't have as many interactions, but I still get the sexy eyes when interaction is a necessity.

Most guys don't know their true height. I've found that guys who think they are 6ft are usually truly 5'10. And the guys who think they are 5'10 are closer to 5'9. Anything legitimately over 6ft is negligeable unless you're in the 6'4 range. But any true 5'10 guy is easily 6'1 - 6'2 with shoes and no one notices.

The imperial metric system is also at fault here because in other countries girls will talk about guys being 180cm but that is 3cm shorter than 6ft and therefore is easier to acheive on average.

I am little below average at 178 cm and everywhere I look there are people taller then me by head or at minimum half head. I live in europe and been to many places in europe and i’m 179cm, so basically the same height as wheat waffles. I very rarely get height mogged, if I do get height mogged it’s by some nerd or unattractive guy so I don’t give a shit because I face mog them. I'm 5'6 and I was thinking the same way as you in my early 20s at university. I was shy and timid with girls which is a HUGE turn off for them. In my 30s I gained lot of confidence through success that changed my behavior and that was a game changer. I also worked on my body language, tried to look even more confident. Being short is a true disatvantage on dating sites, but not necessarily in real life. When you're in the center of attention and look very confident, your hight is no longer a factor. Try to talk to anyone around you with confidence and a good body language, women will notice. I'm 50 now, I've seen a lot of things, I know you still don't believe this but showing confidence and being somebody is way more important for women than your height or how handsome you are. Women attact to confindent men.

Im 5'11 and 94kg. Ive been lifting weights for about 10 years and am relatively lean. I do fairly well with women on nights out, i will almost always have options. I must say having muscle does really help, even women who say they do not like it, most of them do when they realise your not self obsessed and do not take steroids. A lot of women want to touch you, a lot say they feel safe when with you. Easy pickings realky. Much more than women though, having muscle leads to many, many men asking me food, weights, training splits on nights out.

@yendevus1747 you seem confused. Lean is related to fat free mass. Fat free mass is calculated by subtracting body fat weight from total body weight, total body weight is lean plus fat. So if you are lean, it has nothing to do with weight, the reason a weight quite a lot is because of muscle mass. My body fat % is less than 10%. Lean does not mean skinny. Simply low levels of fat. This was very interesting actually. I'm a guy in my 40ies and it seems you youngsters have crazy competition going on with each other, I mean among men for status, and competition for women for being "selected". Maybe it is true that in the UK everyone is skinny, but in the US people are generally larger (and fatter). Also most people here go to the gym regularly. So for young men in American uni, you would probably be dead average there.

I know a lot of twigs (i'll use your word) that have no social skills, are not even that tall and just look like crap that had a chance to meet so many people and even women just because they were in that environment. My advice is simple, get in shape, even if you're 5'10 you'll stand out, majority of people you see around are either skinny or out of shape, so being in a decent shape will already get you in really good position.

Dude were are you living. In my city (in northern Germany) you would get height and frame mogged into oblivion. I am 190cm tall, weight 83kg with a athletic physique probably at the same level or more defined than WW. I actually find it funny that people fear to get too big when going to the gym. Looking to big is basically impossible when training naturally and having average genetics and even with roids or good genetics it will take you years to get too big and it still may be impossible if you are lean.

I noticed that at any work place I am like in top 30% of height and in small groups I am the tallest person, but each and every time I go outside I am getting slightly heightmog. 1) Average height does not increase. I see a lot of older men in their 50s who are 6ft+ and they have just the same height as a younger generation. By the way, studies that count men's height usually include people in their 18-40. If these studies say that height stays the same... Well, it actually does.
2) Taller people are more social due to positive reinforcement.

According to statistics, Turkish man are the shortest in Europe with an average height of a Turkish man is about 5'8 and a half and all my grand parents are 5'7.
