Makita electric chainsaw UC4041A keeps throwing the chain and coming loose.

The chain tensioner on these makita chainsaw have a habit of snappingvtye pin or stripping the thread when over tightened.
luckily it's a very simple and cheap repair.

cheers same issue thought would have issue with this very part when I bought it, did drill it out and put in a old flat head screw shaft and glue and dremeled it to shape temporary fix until delivery of new one.

Лаптем не надо быть, тогда ломаться натяжитель не будет. Перед натягиванием цепи нужно ослабить шину, чтобы натяжитель мог двигаться. Ясное дело, что если на затянутой его крутить, то обломится
