If you are living in Brisbane don't live next to a river or lake, lots of flooding happens. Always check your boots if you leave them outside for spiders, have screen windows and doors so no snakes spiders and insects come in, buy of fans for the summer heat because air con here costs a fortune. And please make sure to wear Sun cream lotion, can get easily sun burnt here. Buying things online here is double the price because of the conversion rate.
We both started doing something completely different with work than we did in the Netherlands. I'm a lifeguard now and Jeffrey has work at the factory. The reason we chose the Gold Coast is because we wanted to find a place on the coast where nature and the city came together. Language was also important to us. We love wildlife, and here in the Gold Coast all these elements come together🌅🏙🌏🐬🦘
