If this is dissapointing for the price I dont know what would. Gor the budget minded plus running cost wise this is unbeaten. Maybe go and buy Range Rover Sport if you can afford?
@@randylynch119 Push the button on the center consul - push once for all wheel drive, you will see a green light on the dash telling it is in all wheel drive. Hold the button for a second or two and then you will be in 4X4 mode, you will see the green light go away and a yellow light come on saying LOCK. You can do this while you drive but they recommend that you should be driving straight and not around a turn at the time. Also the 4X4 mode works up to about 36 miles per hour and then the system will switch over to all wheel drive mode automatically, I have a 2013 model so I can only speak for this year but I think they are all the same, It is a great car, use mine for the winter in Upstate NY.
Hello, I have a suzuki sx4 2008 and I really like it. Just called Suzuki cust service and said there's no more dealership in the U.S. for the later models of sx4, so there's no way I can get sx4 later models?
they were produced by Suzuki, though the diesel engines are fiat ones they're the well proven 1.9jtd units found in fiat's larger offerings. the petrol version uses a suzuki 1.6 petrol unit.
Please dont buy, this car is extremely unreliable. Used to have one, sold it a few years ago. Within 5 years, the climate control broke more than 10 times. Suspension broken although I only I never go off road, valve cover gasket broken, engine oil leaking causing the car to die on the motorway. Im a very careful driver and I service my car on time, and yet all these shit happened
And Im driving the 1.6 petrol version, the fuel consumption is horrible. The best I get is 18mpg when the car is new. 5 years down the road, the best I could get is 15mpg in the city.
Man i have the same car its 2007 1.6L its little under power but great stiff motors a d reliable ones and not taling too much of gas and no leaking at all excapt for only little steering oil leak
@@bonhamcarter4488 I have no idea how my comment could be seen as rude. Unless you are an offended owner of a 1.6! I have a 2.0 auto, I find it hard to believe that a 1.6 was even made, far too small for a car that size
I love my 08 suzuki, 150,000 miles still running good

in the u.s don't,but in asia and europe you can get the new model which is bigger.
We still have Suzuki in Mexico. If you're not too far from the border you might...
The SX4 was going to be rebadged as a Lancia Pangea and built in Hungary from 2007, but the project was cancelled.
35mg is not almost 40. its 35
Combined is 40, that's urban
Seems very average all round. In late 2021 the 1.6 petrol versions are going for £6000+ and that's for a 10 year old example with sensible mileage.
Worst transmissions on my 3rd transmission rite now
Still a gud car I jus really need a gearbox tho
Learn to drive and stop ragging the stick.
like fiat idear
I was ready to buy a used one of these
until I saw this video and heard the word "Fiat." Now I'm terrified of it.

1.6 petrol feels under powered! Thank goodness the petrol was 2.0 in Auistralia
