I had it done multiple times over a 6 month period to test the introduction of the new supplements I started taking. I've actually done a full Dutch Plus test that's really comprehensive as well and that tests saliva and urine. That's mainly hormonal, but there's vitamin and mineral results you receive as well. Surely, nothing is exact, so that's why a great doctor is important.

My two cents on not putting anything in your body that doesn't go off in a week (or so), certain foods like honey and nut butters without additives, in particular, are shelf-stable because of the high-sugar and high-fat content respectively and low moisture content, so they are more shelf-stable than say raspberries. In my opinion and looking at the data out there, nut butters are incredibly healthy IF consumed in moderation, not just eating a tub of it a day obviously... just like nuts are. Everyone can do whatever they want though lol but nothing beats a fresh apple with some nice crunchy peanut butter on top! I love Pip and Nut's!

It is actually quite easy to make your own oat milk and it is usually better for you than any of the stuff you find in the store. Also recommend making your own butter if you are up for it, so easy and you have the added bonus of butter milk!

However, I usually make it in a stand mixer but you can do it the old fashioned way which is to shake the cream by hand. That is obviously going to take forever but its my only solution to the electricity problem. I always use 5% fat Greek yoghurt - it’s also the reason I’ve gone back to proper butter - after watching a video in how some of the butter “spreads” 😱😱😱😱😱😱 they have 5 ingredients that are also used to make a plastic cup 😳😳😳😳😳. If your growing soft fruits - freeze loads for your smoothies - no waste that way
Charlie is so right on about milk vs oat milk. I am particular about milk though only A2 for me and nothing with gluten..... like oats. They have gluten. He looks great and is open to changes to improve his health. I am impressed

Love the Jimmy Choo shoes - would be stunning as a wedding pair and lots of use after too - the ones with the bow were beautiful but better with a shorter dress. They do show a lot of your toes though - not sure about that. Adore the GG coat ❤
