- This is a great drills class for Krav Maga beginners (but it is still an intense workout too). This is Class #2, for Yellow Belt/Level 1, which is the first certification level in Israeli Krav Maga.

well this is a stress releiver i shall say especially during the COVID19 PLANDEMIC DUDE....ROCK ON....luvin da lessons....new to learning KRAV MAGA....dunno if ill ever attain a belt but a good self defense to learn with all other forms of martial arts im teaching myself...

My Krav maga teacher says just punch them in the face with wrist grabs.
That can also work as an immediate reaction, then you can use the techniques we reviewed to disengage.
