Pewter salt shaker lid, a LOO-ee Phil-EEP Cracker Jack token, copper spoon, suspender clips, a buckle, Indian coins, lots of lead, a stampless stamp, buttons, bucket listers, and another fun day with friends at an old sight.😊
Nice outing and very cool locating a privy! I’m a bottle guy too so really love finding and digging those! Couldn’t get a good enough look at it but either pre-machine made, late 1800’s-early 1900’s or 1930’s. I couldn’t see an Owens ring scar on the base that are found on early machine made bottles. Have found a spoon at an old farm site that was bent like that and I think it was repurposed for gardening use. old cracker jack token! Some sweet IHP finds and even sweeter with the fatty! The second bottle appears to be a Heinz Ketchup bottle. I know none of you are old enough to remember that type. The suspension buckles were exceptional, think that is a good spot.

Thanks for the info! We enjoy digging them but we are new to bottle digging. About a week after this he dug an old brown Whiskey bottle that predated 1900. Always learning. Thanks for the comment!
The second half of this video I run through the setting we usually hunt the old cellar holes with after we hit it a first time. The general idea is we wanna pick through the iron and a fast recovery speed is better with a little iron bias. To much iron bias will take away from the ability to separate on targets. There are old brown bottles that go clear back to the 1800s
