I wouldn't allow this on my truck unless the shipper sign a waiver that I am not responsible for any damage during transit. This is packing a glass top, well kind of because my mirror ctns. don't even look like that. A crate is made of wood, not cardboard.

This is not even the correct way to BOX glass when moving!!! This is the way it gets done when the proper materials are not available. It’s better than nothing but by no means is this the right way to do it. This is how amateurs do it. No professional does this unless it’s a last min addition to the move and shipper forgot to tell us it’s going. Also no mover is taking responsibility for this. They would have shipper sign a release that mover is not responsible and it will be moved at no risk to moving co. This is not even acceptable on a local move. They literally make boxes specifically for packing flat items like glass/marble/pictures/etc.
