Your videos are great, informative and always help resolve my common questions on how to use Tinkercad - thank you for the time you put in to make them
Lol, nice that was me that asked that question! i ended up figuring out a way to just get a 22.5 degree angle, but after seeing this i will have to go back and mess around with it!
Thanks for asking it! I think I will find a ton of uses for the protractor now. Much of the time I use guess and check... This should make me more efficient.
Nice trick.. You did it very quickly but the workplane trick is also new to me. It's nice by the way you always display the key shortcuts.. I am starting to use them more and more nowadays.
Thanks bud. I found that the shortcuts helped a ton in the classroom. When kids were designing with 2 hands (mouse & shortcuts) they seemed to grasp things quicker. I cannot live without D for dropping to the workplane any more. =)
Hi, your presentation are really helpfull. I have a "challenge" for you: how can I make screws and nuts in tinkercad in standard sizes (ex. M5, M6, ...) and various lenghts. Thanks
Glad you found the video helpful. As for the speed, the best gig to slow it down with the TH-cam speed option. Check to see See if these 5 tips can make the process better as well. th-cam.com/video/DwrnHNCwJrc/w-d-xo.html Thanks for the visit and taking a moment to comment too! 💯🔥
That is a long wait. I enjoyed the Lions stuff. The feedback today seems good. As we both know though... it can turn into anything once the season starts.
I am so frustrated. I’m trying to make a mold with a cavity in it, and the top of the cavity has to be one measurement and the bottom of the cavity has to be another measurement and the wall has to be in 2° angle is so frustrating. I can’t do it.
This has got to be the most stupid question ever!! Ok here does... I am building parts for a shed tool and several parts are the same base but with adjusted pieces. Basically giving me 5 different tools that fit the same base. The question is, how can I save each version separately other than export - I want to save them in Tinkercad designs. Can anyone help please? Thank you!
You can export "the selected" object. So I would build all 5 in the same project. Then export each as needed. I may put that idea in a tutorial quick. I think it is a really great question.

My pleasure John. Thank you for the feedback! 👍💯
Good Jobs HL ModTech!
You rock Techmisu. Thanks for taking time to comment. 😍
Nice, easy protractor!
Thanks! I was pretty pleased with how that worked out. Super cool when it is really just because a viewer asked the right question. =)
How do I make it a custom hight?
There is a handle for Z. You can stretch it to whatever height you wish. I am not quite sure that is what you are asking though.

Glad it was helpful. What sort of rules are there for corner holes in a boomerang?
This was very helpful!
Fantastic! Makes my day to hear that @TurtleDogTV 👍

Thank you. I will see what I can figure out, but it really may be more slick just to use a tool on Thingiverse. I will do some research.
Hello How can you draw a box with each end a different size?
Thanks sounds like you want a trapezoid. There a several to play with. See if this helps. th-cam.com/video/08NI8Yp2-GU/w-d-xo.html
Awesome
Makes my day to hear that! Thanks Blackpeerama SpaMink. 💯👍

Thank you. Was looking at how to do this, but it would be helpful if you went a bit slower. Some of us are still new at Tinkercad.

Love it!
Thanks bud! Having a good week so far?
@@HLModTech Yeah how about you?
Crazy busy, but good. Super excited for the draft tonight. Do the Broncos have a pick?
@@HLModTech Unfortunately not to the third round, but the Lions have two tonight if I'm not mistaken!

Have you learned about inverse holes in Tinkercad yet? That may be the secret to getting your part created.
I’m only 1 day into it and I’m strolling along quick. I’ll tell you what I will praise those who go this for a living
How can I make a 15° angle?
Which part of the steps in that video are you stuck on?
