An eye for an eye makes the whole world blind; if we look back over the last century, we can trace the source of all this hardship to the British-empowered Nakba. Israel's ethnic cleansing of the Palestinian people has been ongoing for 76 years. Gaza was an open-air concentration camp before October 7th, 2023. Millions of people living at the mercy of an occupation force that teaches their own children to despise Palestinians. Hamas could have acted with more honor, but that's easy for anyone outside of Palestine to say when that material reality has not been their whole life. The UN has the back of Palestine; their people have a right to return to their land, and when the people of Gaza tried to return peacefully, they were gunned down. What other choice do an oppressed people have at that point, other than armed resistance?
America and the British are to blame for this ongoing humanitarian disaster; it is on their dime that any of this has been allowed unfold the way it has. The blood of both Palestinians and occupying Israelis are on the hands of the zionists. That's how things stand.
