This verse stopped me from committing suicide when I was 4 months pregnant in 2007. When I was struggling with drunkenness I always repeated this verse in my head John 8:36 "whoever the Son set free shall be free indeed." I had to learn to lean on God, to allow Jesus to set me free instead of always trying to quit on my own.
Matt 11: 24 - whatsoever you desire when you pray believe you have recieved it, then you shall have them. This verse gave me faith to stand strong when my daugther died and the Lord brought her back to life. Our God is faithful.

I’m probably late to this but my favorite verse is “Jesus wept”. It showed me that while he knows of the outcome of your saddening situation, he is right there weeping with you through and out of the pain.

Matthew 11:28 - Come unto me, all [ye] that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. This verse changed my life and allowed me to open my heart to Christ. I was in a period in my life where I had an identity that god was displeased with. And one day someone told me to come as I am to Christ and he will wash me clean. And it changed my life. I realized that even though I was a sinner, I could come to Christ in my sin and he would accept me and make a new life for me. And he did. He changed my life and gave me peace, purpose and identity. I thank you Jesus so so much for healing me.

John 20:7 "And the napkin, that was about his head, not lying with the linen clothes, but wrapped together in a place by itself." This may seem a little weird but this bible verse has an important message. In the past people had servants that would take care of their masters. When the master eats the servant would sit back in the corner waiting for the master to finish his meal. If the master finished his meal, he would pick up a napkin wipe his hands, mouth and beard and he would put the napkin away. Then the servant comes and cleans the area. But if the master ate and folded his napkin and put it there, the servant would not come to clean because the folded napkin is telling the servant that his master will come back again. The napkin wraped by itself in the tomb is giving the same message. Jesus is saying I am coming back.

How can something be created out of nothing so p perfectly? I was reminded while I was watching this video. 13 years ago upon conversion, I was very hasty to grow spiritually and do sorts of things in my own way just to grow my faith. And like what you had experienced I'm frustrated everytime I commit mistakes over and over again. But one night I had a dream of a 10 story house which foundation was built poorly. The beams and the pillars were so small to hold that 10 story house. I can imagine that one single shake of the earth, that house will come crushing down immediately. The Holy Spirit gave me the message that I'm too hasty to become a matured christian while God is not. God simply wants me to lay the foundations of my faith deep and strong but I'm too focused on building upon it. Thanks for your dedication Allen, God Bless Us All!!

I need help Im always trying so hard to not sin mainly lusting and being so young I feel so much shame every time I doit because ik its not whats god wants and im aware yet I still do it so im working on it, But how might you lay down a good foundation and how do I know if its good enough ...if it was good enough would I still stumble on the same things?... I went through a really hard anxious and kinda depressed stage that I think really helped me grow closer to god at that point I was straying till my faith was really put to the test I gave my life to him recently but now I feel shame because im straying a little and dont want to spend all my days reading the word like I used to almost feels like I can't do this alone and maybe gods not their fully because my sin and continuous fallings ,,,,@@rae0521

The 5 verses that changed my life is: Matthew 5:22- But I say to you that everyone who is angry with his brother will be liable to judgement; whoever insults his brother will be liable to the council; and whoever says "you fool" will be liable to the hell of fire. (This verse did a whole lot in helping me control my anger and hatred I had before I was saved.) Matthew 5:28- But I say to you that everyone who looks at a woman with lustful intent has already committed adultery with her in his heart. (Before I was saved, pornography was a big thing in my life.... I feel disgusted looking back. When lustful temptation hits me hard, I just need to repeat this verse in my heart to fight it.... try it, it really works!) I am talking about the Lord, Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ, God in the flesh was willing to shed His perfect blood on that cross for you. The pure blood that atones for sins. The reason Jesus Christ had to do this, is because the fall of mankind. Adam and Eve disobeyed God, bringing sin into the world from Satan; therefore, bringing death, pain, suffering, and all possible negative things you could ever think of in the world. In order to get cured from this sin, which causes Spiritual death, is to accept the Lord Jesus Christ and His sacrifice. Not only did Jesus Christ die for you, but He rose from the dead in victory on the 3rd day so that He shall reign forever. He is the cure to your sin, and it's your choice to accept that cure or reject it.

When I was struggling with drunkenness I always repeated this verse in my head John 8:36 "whoever the Son set free shall be free indeed." I had to learn to lean on God, to allow Jesus to set me free instead of always trying to quit on my own.

When the master eats the servant would sit back in the corner waiting for the master to finish his meal. If the master finished his meal, he would pick up a napkin wipe his hands, mouth and beard and he would put the napkin away. Then the servant comes and cleans the area. But if the master ate and folded his napkin and put it there, the servant would not come to clean because the folded napkin is telling the servant that his master will come back again. The napkin wraped by itself in the tomb is giving the same message. Jesus is saying I am coming back.

Far online Gamers my proof is in my heart and spirit. Everything is created by God and is so perfect that to believe in a big bang or we evolved from some creature is nonsense. How can something be created out of nothing so p perfectly? Including the eco system in tbe oceans, DNA etc. There is so much information on people who were out to disprove God they ended up becomg believers. Check the net you will find them. The Bible is still the most popular book today and no matter how the world tries to disprove it or get rid of it, it is still here being read. Everything else will pass away but not God's Word and this is proof of that. I know Jesus can reveal himself to you but you need to want it with a pure heart. I was reminded while I was watching this video. 13 years ago upon conversion, I was very hasty to grow spiritually and do sorts of things in my own way just to grow my faith. And like what you had experienced I'm frustrated everytime I commit mistakes over and over again. But one night I had a dream of a 10 story house which foundation was built poorly. The beams and the pillars were so small to hold that 10 story house. I can imagine that one single shake of the earth, that house will come crushing down immediately. The Holy Spirit gave me the message that I'm too hasty to become a matured christian while God is not. God simply wants me to lay the foundations of my faith deep and strong but I'm too focused on building upon it. Thanks for your dedication Allen, God Bless Us All!!

I need help Im always trying so hard to not sin mainly lusting and being so young I feel so much shame every time I doit because ik its not whats god wants and im aware yet I still do it so im working on it, But how might you lay down a good foundation and how do I know if its good enough ...if it was good enough would I still stumble on the same things?... I went through a really hard anxious and kinda depressed stage that I think really helped me grow closer to god at that point I was straying till my faith was really put to the test I gave my life to him recently but now I feel shame because im straying a little and dont want to spend all my days reading the word like I used to almost feels like I can't do this alone and maybe gods not their fully because my sin and continuous fallings ,,,,@@rae0521

Matthew 5:22- But I say to you that everyone who is angry with his brother will be liable to judgement; whoever insults his brother will be liable to the council; and whoever says "you fool" will be liable to the hell of fire. (This verse did a whole lot in helping me control my anger and hatred I had before I was saved.)
Matthew 5:28- But I say to you that everyone who looks at a woman with lustful intent has already committed adultery with her in his heart. (Before I was saved, pornography was a big thing in my life.... I feel disgusted looking back. When lustful temptation hits me hard, I just need to repeat this verse in my heart to fight it.... try it, it really works!)
Matthew 6: 14-15 For if you forgive other people when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. 15 But if you do not forgive others their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins. (This verse is a big one... it shows how important forgiveness is to God, this certainly gave me big slap on the back of the head in the past when I lived in rivalry with others)

One of my favourite verses everyone: “Blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven” - Matthew 5:10. Really speaks volumes for me, I imagine God loves to see his children standing their ground and refusing to be engulfed by fear. I have great respect for those of our faith who never give in.

The reason Jesus Christ had to do this, is because the fall of mankind. In order to get cured from this sin, which causes Spiritual death, is to accept the Lord Jesus Christ and His sacrifice. He is the cure to your sin, and it's your choice to accept that cure or reject it.
