I used matte screen protector on my 15 pro max. It was like shit. It indeed reduces reflections but in a bad way. It ruins display quality and It made the screen too white-is. You couldn't see true blacks. I switched to s24 ultra and I can assure you it's anti-reflective glass is a game changer. It does not have any impact on screen quality and the blacks remain true blacks. Also it doesn't catch fingerprints. I use it without any screen protector and it has zero scratches too. My 15 pro max already had scratches from the first days before I put a screen protector. I have never dropped any of them I am too careful with my phones so I don't know how they happened. All I know is that this ceramic shield that apple is proud of is useless. Let alone the fact that apple uses the same display with the same brightness for 3 years now, while samsung has moved on to a newer, much more brighter display. The S24 ultra has the best and the most readable screen under the sun I have ever seen in my life.
