NOT great ... no idea about heat treatment, welding, etc. cracks is a town in uzbekistan. Even a wartime repair is better than this.

Absolute rubbish craftmanship not to mention dangerous. The chassis as you can see are bolted together for a reason, because the metal is high tensile which they partially replaced with low tensile steel and also heated it and welded it which destroys the tensile strength. These chassis will fatigue crack and fall apart in no time at all and this is a great lesson why India will never be what the west is.

Никакого стапеля, все на глаз). Металл ничем не обрабатывается, да еще и резаками перегрет, сварена рама из двух половинок. Ездят с большими перегрузами, а потом на кочках ломаются пополам...
Эта рама не сломается может только прогнётся от перегрузки!!!😊😊😊

Молодцы ребята! Фактически с нуля собрали машину заново. Интересно, а как бы у нас ГиБДД посмотрело на такие работы? Это явно подпало бы под полную переделку и тюнинг. И затаскали бы их с бумажками для оформления....
Так ведь правильно что у нас такие законы🙄 будет машина с дефектом, так ты несёшь угрозу не только себе ну и другим участникам дороги
@@Russia_Annieу нас новая с завода буханка- вот реальная угроза жизни. Водителя, пассажиров и пешеходов. Нихрена не рулится и не тормозит. А если я ставлю дисковые тормоза чтоб это корыто хотя бы могло останавливаться- то я ещё и злодей. Всё для людей епта)
А вы не ставьте гибдд в известность. Конкретно здесь никаких кардинальных переделок не было, только восстановление поломаного железа. Причем в довольно похабном качестве. Усиление рамы- для этого надо чтоб мент туда полез, и чтоб он знал оригинальную конструкцию. Ни то ни другое не случится никогда.

you try to do what they do with the tools they have DONT KNOCK IT IF YOU HAVENT TRYED IT
You fight with what you have.
It would be easier to just sharpen the drill bit, you can do it on a bench grinder with a little practice. I haven’t bought bits in years, I just take the roasted ones my friends are throwing away. It takes less than 5 minutes to sharpen a bit that’s been snapped off and probably 30 seconds to put a new edge on just a dull bit. It’ll save all that effort with the field press. Most twist drills can be sharpened down to a nub and still work with just a little undercutting

После такого ремонта машина может ехать боком. Или руль будет тянуть в какую либо сторону. Что в итоге приведет к сильному износу резины. Автомобиль начнет часто менять хозяев.
Мнение русскоговорящего диванного эксперта им по-любому не хватало, щас они тебя послушали и делать так перестали. Экспертное заключение конечно так себе и о контрольных точках ты явно ничего не слышал.
Лично я думаю, что они дадут ума этой раме, чтобы резину не жрала и боком не рулила.
После такого ремонта она вообще может сложиться .......

Based off buying all new parts. We now allow salvage parts to reduce the repair cost so a write-off isn't easily achieved.

Esse chassi ficou bonito de se ver. Mas estruturalmente não é confiável. Gostei de como eles improvisaram essa furadeira de chassis. Mas o caminhão que aparece no final do video, pelo estado do chassi e pelos compressores, não parece ser o mesmo que foi recuperado.

In the 80's a mate was taking driving lessons for HGV class 1 someone he knew was a class 1 driver he offered my mate a ride out to Scotland to drop off a load of timber but my mate was busy so could not go , he set off it was winter time and the higher up in the Grampian mountains more and more snow a car coming in the opposite direction spun off and into the front of his wagon he swerved ended up going over the side hitting trees all the way down luckily only impacting the passenger side of the cab , the lad climbed back up looked in the car the old guy driving had passed away , at the inquest he found out the guy had a heart attack and that caused the crash .

I'm more amazed that they bulk the thing up to take all that extra weight and it still has air assisted hydraulic brakes. You only see that on light trucks.

На передней оси крепление амортизатора с одной стороны установлено, с другой отломано. А самих амортов просто нет). И так сойдёт, это технология такая)
с такими рессорами проще просто мосты к раме приварить.
@@КотКотовский-е2с на хино рессоры очень длинные. Поэтому сколько листов не уложи- ход у подвески есть. Я подкоренных 6шт ложил, и всё равно довольно мягкая подвеска. Особенности конструкции. А вот отсутсвие амортов при мягкой подвеске это жопа, качает)) , я не нашел японских, ставил от фреда флд, ходило хорошо.

These guys do pretty good for what they have, but if they just used some string (right up their alley) they could straighten things with decent accuracy...
When I watch these videos I am amazed. What most people would consider a complete waste of time, trying to rebuild a totally destroyed vehicle, watching these guys basically rebuild it from scratch is practically a feat of engineering. I can just imagine these guys rebuilding a SpaceX rocket using sledgehammers, garden rakes and a spatula.
The part you don’t see is where the repairs fail in days or weeks or months bc A) you’re not supposed to weld or drill on a frame bc it’s heat treated, B) you know they’re using substandard materials for the repair, and C) they repair a lot of parts that are critical and should be replaced instead of jerry rigged. I get working with what you have but this is ridiculous
I know. I didn’t want to sound like I was being judgmental of these people. It’s amazing what they can do with such limited tools and technology. But it gives me the impression of cave men trying to rebuild a totaled vehicle with rocks and clubs. I don’t doubt they fall apart quick and back to the shop for repair.
