I just love your videos with all the magnificent scenery. Thank you for taking us with you. That waterfall was beautiful. I’m going to North Carolina and staying in a cabin right on a mountain with waterfalls going in a few days.
A cracking hike that 1 Linda my favourite set of non mountain hills very impressive like wee mini mountains and if combine a good few it’s a great day out 😊 Steep start as you say so many options though where to start cracking day you got for it ☀️👍
Hi Linda, and Brora. What a lovely walk, some beautiful scenery, and nice to finish it off with a waterfall! Thank you for sharing your adventure, all the best, Dave.
Lovely views Linda, what a clear day you had for it. What lead do you use? Penny has a ruffwear one that ties round my waist and I’ve just purchased a 10m flexi, but it’s quite heavy. That little seat at the end had coffee stop written all over it, very pretty🐕
Hi there, a lovely day to walk with good visibility too. You've have inspired me to finally come to Scotland backpacking this year! Any tips? atb Simon
What a nice video, how do you find those waist lead's? do they get stuck on rocks and bushes very often?. I've got a wee year old working cocker spaniel that is super off lead but I too am now worried about lambing season and have thought about some kind of lead.
Thanks Ronnie. The Ruffware roamer lead is great. I hiked the whole of the Great Glen Way with it. The only time I had issues with it was a different trip when it got caught up on rocks during a hill climb where the path was scrambly. The waist belt means your hands are free for walking poles. 👍
Nice video Linda, brought back some happy memories of a few years ago when I used to fish at Loganlea regularly , is the rust coloured fishing hut still there ? used to get loads of walkers stopping for a coffee and a blether
Nice one.
Beautiful walk.
No wonder you got your dog on leash. He has so much energy 😅
Thank you. 🙏

Thanks Mary, I’ve read about North Carolina in the Outlander books. Sounds a fab trip, enjoy. ☺️

Thanks David, it’s a great hike & not too far from home. 👍
Thank you again more great walks from ya.
Thanks Andrew. 👍
Great to kick off the walking season again, love these videos x
Aww, thanks Laura. Hope to make lots more. 👍
Stunning vista under the blue sky is so beautiful. Thank you for taking us to the lovely VR walk. 😊👍62
Thank you 🙏

Thanks Dave. 👍
Great one yet again, Linda, thanks
Thanks Philip. 👍
I'm shivering & shaking with cold/flu in front of a log fire, feeling dreadful, but this is such a tonic. Beautiful, thanks Linda !
Aww no, get well soon. Glad you enjoyed the video. Keep warm. 👍
Hi Linda, it looks like a fabulous walk, definitely an area we would like to explore. Love the waterfall on the walk back. Great stuff. Cheers. Eddie
Thanks Eddie, avoid the weekends if you can as super busy. 👍
Great hills, but you're right, often really busy. Must go up them again soon.
Thanks Jennifer. 👍

Thank you Helen, it’s a Ruffware Roamer lead. It really needs replacing as the bungee is slack. Too much pulling from Brora I think.

North west highlands or Assynt for sure. Bring Smidge & a midge head net though. You’ll definitely need May-October. Enjoy ☺️
@@LindaOutdoorsThanks Linda, I have a head net already but I've ordered the Smidge today. Hoping to do West Highland Way in April 🤞
@@WinchcombeWanderer I completed the WHW in April 1991, loved it. Such a great trail. Enjoy. 👍
@@LindaOutdoorsreally looking forward to walking it, atb Simon

There’s a building on the left which is now a cafe selling coffee, tea, cakes & pies. Might be the same one. 👍
