Watched this yesterday on my old save, 5 and a half years it took, but Project Assembly is complete. I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t grinning ear to ear whilst watching this unfold
I've completed a game yesterday. This is my 2nd walkthrough and it took 124 hours. That 2.5x faster than my first on Upd 6. I'm happy to finish one of my favorite games. Now I need to get the remaining achievements and start a new one save :))
Would be so cool if this mod had 2 versions, one version where you just start with satisfactory plus like a normal playthrough and a second version where you finish the actual game of satisfactory and they change the ending to where the portal made from the ship consumes the world and you restart as a "prestiged" pioneer on a more complicated world as Satisfactory Plus
To me, at least to me, it's a bit anticlimatic. I thought that it would just jumped out of view, leaving a trail like star wars or star trek with additional lasers or things that would make it more alive. But im happy nonetheless.
dam shlt ending man i wanted aliens too attack and we got transported to an extremely hostile alien planet instead and from there satisfactory 2 would've kicked off and this time round we woul have had the option to jump to different planets for new rss new tech and ways to combat the new alien threat. am i asking too much?
what you're describing is literally just factorio. while the game has fully released it won't necessarily stop the devs from updating. this 'ending' itself seems to imply there's more coming since "your duties to FICSIT still remain".
@@thebeast8022speak for yourself, im perfectly happy with the amount of content that exists right now, and if im not and i really care that much in the future then ill try to make a mod
I still don't understand the point of this game. You build factories to build more factories. At least factorio had challenges and combat while this doesn't. Oh and, no mods lol
As a hardcore Factorio fan I gotta tell you that your take is objectively incorrect. Satisfactory has combat of its own and mods too. The added challenge is a 3D layout of "realistic" size factory. Factorio is much, much more forgiving when it comes to space management thus enabling you to "build more factories to build more factories" to create a megafactory. Creating a megafactory in Satisfactory is a crown jewel, near impossible thing for many people. Both of these games have the same objective, same reason to exist, but offer a very unique flavour to it's own achievement. Planning wise, factorio is definitely easier to do, because it's 2.5D game with massive space to build on easily. Satisfactory gives you much more of a challenge on this, while reducing the amount of factories you have to build. In layman terms, satisfactory prefers quality over quantity, factorio is quantity over quality. Both games definitely deserve their 90%+ review score.
@@ifthenelse7956 Just type "Satisfactory Mods" in youtube... And the combat is, well, bad. But this game isn't combat oriented, it's about building factories, you know SatisFACTORY. Also you could say the same about minecraft, you build houses to build more houses.
@@ifthenelse7956 While combat isnt the MAIN part of the game there are creatures u "have to" fight while exploring to get special resources to enable Dimensional storage and even manipulate machine outputs/power, there are Spiders, Hogs and Spitters which are mainly aggressive and a few small (one large mfker) creatures that are passive. Killing said creatures gives you samples to unlock different research for meds, proteins and or just as a dump into the Awesome Sink for cosmetical items. As for mods, a few people have in these comments alone have mentioned Satisfactory Plus. Just do a simple youtube search of Satisfactory Plus and ull see PLENTY of modded playthroughs and this isnt all. Just the mods aren't yet supported by the devs and are through a 3rd party manager called "Satisfactory Mod Manager" SMM for short. If you do enjoy factory style games i 100% would recommend satisfactory, even if you give it a try and end up refunding it, just giving its 3d aspect a whirl will always be worth it to me, the environment alone adds its own challenge! :)
Personally i come from playing Minecraft modpacks, like skyblocks or other factory sorts of packs and one of my friends i played them with suggested satisfactory to me and when i played it for the first time i was instantly hooked. Its honestly a very chill version of factorio (from what i know of factorio) and its just alot of fun and makes factory building alot more *pretty*.
"Okay, bye I guess? I'll just be here, optimizing train routes?"
so sad .....😢
I really like how ADA quickly says 3, 2, 1 during the launch sequence
4:19, just in case
now wait for satisfactory space age dlc
We wait for satisfactory: deep space assembly/factory DLC
The base game already takes longer than what Factorio Space Age will presumably take, so I think I’ll pass on that for now
Image the entire planet size factory instead on an Island.
So that we go get a dlc to finish the game
This whole sequence is just a payoff for what the "Ballistic Warp Drives" were meant to be, and I love it.
Thank you, saves me from starting over again
love the way they added the manuvering thrusters on the spacecraft

Now that ya beat the game..your ship quota is now tripled GET BACK to work robot.
So... we are literally a von Neumann probe...
That's what it seems like lol
Grey goo theory seems legit
They should launch you to a totally new planet and let you do it all over again but with everything unlocked already.
so our mission is to construct the UES Contact Light?
Already!? How I'm still on phase 0 😭
2 days later and I’ve reached phase 1 😔
probably a save from before the update
@@ruthless3r how goes the building?

was kinda hoping ada was going to sacrifice us so it could join the alien somehow, but oh well, I suppose the grey goo storyline is interesting too
and then it got chase down by that Star Destroyer right? something like that I remember on the opening scene
i hope satisfactory plus come back very soon

such a bummer
Wait that's it?!!!! wtf
what about all the alien stuff, I thought that'd be tied to the story etc.
Ye very lame
Wow
How do you get through the game in 13 days without cheating?
This was probably from a save made in Update 8 or before
