Oh Karen this is exactly what happened to me a month ago. I went for a trim and my hair dresser said I had unequal unhealthy hair length which had to be cut off and I let him do that. Little did I know that I would get like 6-7 inches trimmed . My reaction was like oh no , my hair is too short now. Was sad but after a while I actually found my hair to be healthier and thicker. And actually it wasn’t that short- it’s all in our mind because we know how long it takes to grow no maintain that hair length. Nevertheless your hair looks healthier now and it will grow back very soon so don’t worry - can’t wait to see your hair grow back ❤

Hi Karen! My husband just trimmed about 12 inches off of me, too. I had so much hair fall for many reasons, now I'm starting fresh from waist length. It was so hard, but the wispy ends were making me depressed. We can grow together! ❤

Im my opinion your hair looked fantastic the way it was, but it's well-known that you always strive for perfect and voluminous blunt ends. I was already relieved when I saw that your wonderful sister would do the trim. She respects you and your fantastic long hair achievement so much and she is so proud of you, so she wouldn't do any harm or nonsense to your gorgeous super long hair. At first I thought it was a bit much cut off, but on the other side, you now have your perfect blunt ends back. And it will grow longer again. For some reason, it looks longer with a straight across cut and thick ends. It looks nice! I need someone who cuts hair like your sister. Where I live, they take too much off.
Mine was just above butt length. It's stayed that way for ages and has refused to grow. It got thinner with split ends which I've literally just cut off. I think I might have cut between 2-4 inches or so.
Your ends of the hair really thin looks you have layers. Your hair definitely need to have a good fresh trim,you have to keep your ends fuller and thicker.
I have been following u for years maybe 10 or so I don’t know why triggered ur hair thinning from the bottom I had a very bad experience in 2020 I lost all my hair density I wonder wht happened to you

I did not have layers. The shortest layer was my bangs that is growing out fast. My hair was in a U shape now it's all in a one length hair again.
