- On this video you join me at west wales around St David's Head. Through the video you will see we had plenty action from the Pollock and Wrasse. I am mainly using small slow jigs for the Pollock and a bit of bait fishing for the Wrasse, i have put some links below with what gear I'm use including the lures I have had most success with. Ive have had a few problems getting the clips together so they fill the frame equally as I used my GoPro and camera for filming. So a bit more practice and ill be there

Very enjoyable video
Some great tips aswell 👌
Enjoyed that feller, used to fish Strumble head area similarly when I lived in wales, never tried baiting a lure though, looks like it works a treat! Great job 👍🙂
Nice never seen an Orange wrasse before, looked like a Goldfish of the sea!
Mario you are so spoiled on your coast, hopefully you’ll put me on a blonde and a huss in October, keep up the great filming
I'm sure we'll find a few fish mate
Well done mate, i've had nothing but problems since I started using a gopro instead of my S20 ( phone), either not filming with sound or videos not recording.
great video as always mate.
My favourite fish
The wrasse
Love these vids Mario
Like you said ....would be great to know how you get to these marks
Would be a great help for us less able anglers
If you can manage it..Would be wonderful to see accessible marks too and how you get to them
Thanks Mario 🙏
Thanks Geoff! I'll most probably do another during the spring and show how to get to the marks where there is good fishing for the wrasse and pollock
Hi Mario. Is it to early for Tope off the shore. This is my second season after Tope. 40 plus times I went last year and didn't get one off of the beach/ estuary. But this year I will. I have found a new mark and it's deep water and has the tide line 50 meters out. Love your video's.
Hi Simon, you will catch Tope all year round, all marks around St davids are good for them
Good luck with you tope mission mate
Great videos, enjoy watching every one you make 👍🏼
Any where u could help us to fish a mark good for bull huss & tope? Stackpole is a bit too far for my m8. I we not asking for your favourite marks. Just 1 or 2 to help us out a bit please? We’ve caught tope in the past but only small. If u could help that would be a great help. Thanks Mario 👍🏼🎣
Are any of these marks relatively safe to access? I really want to take my father to some but I can’t risk him clambering down some sketchy marks 🤣
@@tomosedwards8369 Hi mate, the marks I fished in this video do involve a climb down rocks. May not be the best places for him to be honest
Where do you park to get there
