For tackle, tips and tactics for lure fishing in west Wales, give us a call, or drop into the shop and ask for Lloyd or Lloyd!

Great video. Newbie question. Are you wearing waders and how are you keeping your feet warm and dry? May I ask what clothing are you wearing- would you recommend for that type of fishing during winter?

Snowbee rockhopper boots are great, plus waterproof over trousers. Waders are quite restrictive for cliff climbing and you get hot quickly with all of the effort up and down. Bring extra clothing layers with you.

You are best getting in touch with Joe directly, and if you are down for 2 weeks it would be worth hiring his services for a shore day so you will know where to go safely.

You can fish directly off off the harbour wall of the actual carpark in Saundersfoot over high. Lots of other places that are easily accessible too.

Where are these marks your fiahing? I have started exploring the coast for decent lure fishing spots, i have walked a decent amount of Angle bay towards fresh west and stackpole quay coastal paths but cant seem to find anywhere safe enough to climb down to the rocks

These are around St Davids head area. A lot of work goes into finding the access. Joe is available as a guide for that reason and importantly, for safety, as some marks should not be attempted on your own or without knowing the correct routes down.
