Thank you!! Am an old canner, and haven't for years. BUT, still have my pressure cooker, funnels, jar grabbers. We are retired and I'n thinking of trying to do some canning with my husband. I also like to freeze soups, and broths. Thanks for the inspiration. I'm going to need some reminders. ☺

Thank you for adding this bone in chicken recipe to the
2023 Canuary play list- this is the recipe I find that is a staple on my Cantry shelf. I add Tony Chachere’s to my jars. It gives the chicken an Amazing flavor. I always cook with spice in my chicken recipes from chicken salad to chicken soup and find that when chicken is canned this way it gives it an amazing flavor inside and not just a flavor sprinkled over the outside. Thank you so much . I hope everyone loves this type of canning as much as I do.

What a great way to use the tomatoes that aren't ripe during harvesting before frost. Thank you for sharing. Also great that spices can be suited to personal taste.

I've never thought about canning green tomatoes before . These look very tasty along side the BBQ chicken. I liked all the suggestions of spices as well. Thank you for being part of Canuary.

I love your presentation, right to the point. Does the double cooking of the turkey make it mushy?

I am not familiar with canning meat, so I really appreciate this wonderful video - can you tell me what the meat tastes like after canning - is the taste compromised in any way - cheers

Since the turkey is precooked, does it turn out mushy after canning it?
