Town and country Front door panel and window removal

I have to disassemble the door to access the dents to repair them properly on the Drivers front door of a 2011 Town and country. Special thanks to Teenie and Randall for helping me out.

Does the window latch to something I need to unlatch before I pull it out or does it pull out without having to unhook something. I have less than an hour to do the job and never done this before

Some have tabs you have to push in some have bolts. You have to lower the window enough to see it through the hoes in the panel behind the door panel.

How do you remove the connecting rod for the lock? The other man stood in front & we can’t see what he did.

You push together the plastic locking tabs. And pull it out of its housing. The cable is then pulled up and out of the hole in the handle.

You did not show how to get the old window out because it was presumably broken. What I really want to know is how you put the new glass back in?

Rewatch the video. The window was not broken. It slides out through the top of the door. Installation is the opposite of removal.

So removing side view mirrors don’t require removing door panel

Why the hell are there WIRES and MOTORS inside a door? I hate technology. Maybe they can bring back roll up windows and NO POWER locks on the next generation of cars...
