    It is so cool to see what Lectric comes up with next. I have the Lectric XPremium and love it but it is a rather large bike even though it folds up. I think this new Lectric One is the way of the future of ebikes. This is a home run for Lectric. Thanks for posting about it.

    A local dealer found or experienced the right hand lower shift controller broken off the plastic break was clean, so I think it is not a sturdy mold mixture.

    I'm worried about the cost of repairs if something goes wrong. You know what Murphy says. And where does one get it repaired?

    • @Jujubees225
      @Jujubees225 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Lectric would have u sent a replacement and a repair center most likely near by.

    2:50 a pinned comment mentioning that actual weight is 63 lbs (28 kg) would be nice.
    That's around the same as the 64.5 lb tested weight of the Radexpand 5.
    A mention of whether the headlight has a cutoff would be really nice too!
    Very good review otherwise! :)

    When taking off on the One I understand that it shifts by itself. In order for it to shift do you have to stop pedaling for a second to accomplish this?

    • @ElectricBikeJournal
      @ElectricBikeJournal  5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      No you can keep pedaling. You can also manually shift the bike with the thumb controller.

    What’s the file number of their UL certification?

    • @ElectricBikeJournal
      @ElectricBikeJournal  5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      It is UL 2849

    • @chow-chihuang4903
      @chow-chihuang4903 5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@ElectricBikeJournal Then why doesn’t it show up in UL’s database of certified models?
      If you listen to the specific language or read the specific language on the product page, they say “compliant” which means they tested it themselves against the standard and it passed. However, it doesn’t mean “certified”, which means UL or one of the independent labs authorized to test products and issue certification tested production samples. Certified is what is needed if your municipality, residence or insurance company requires it.
      Now, typically companies test their own samples first before spending money and time on the certification process, so hopefully they are in the prices of seeking certification, but it isn’t yet.
