It’s important to build a self-care routine because it heals you from the inside out, giving you the energy to do life even when things are hard. Most importantly, it doesn’t have to include certain products, or looking fancy, or look like anyone else’s. It just has to work for you. From this I'm hoping you can build your own self care system, so you look after yourself, like you always wanted them to look after you.
