Back with another installment of this video that surely won't be as successful as the original or the sequel, but probably of a better quality.
Tl;dw - (10) most likely: Cardinal Schonborn, Cardinal Sarah, Cardinal Scherer, Cardinal Retes, Cardinal Brenes, Cardinal Ranjith, Cardinal Turkson, Cardinal Erdo, Cardinal Parolin, Cardinal Tagle. Order is incidental, there is no internal hierarchy among the selected 10.
Thanks man this is great. Always look forward to these videos its why i subbed.
Happy to provide them!
Great video brother, you know a lot, thanks for sharing.
Hope we get an update soon with the current stats.

Thank you, @loljzn !
Praying for a traditional and conservative Successor of Saint Peter.
Cardinal Tagle’s missions are what our world and people need right now. This era is the right time for him to be the next pope…
Can you elaborate on what Cardinal Tagle's mission is and how it would set him apart from his brother Cardinals?
Tagle is another pope francis but lacks experience
@@DomZerchi I don’t say he is greater than other cardinals. But Cardinal Tagle is committed to evangelization, aiming to spread the teachings of Christianity and promote faith. His mission includes fostering a deeper understanding of Catholic principles, social justice, and compassion, seeking to engage people in a meaningful spiritual journey.
He has a theological acumen and a pastoral approach. He has an engagement with the broader global Catholic community. He has been involved in various international organizations, gatherings, and discussions within the Catholic Church. His experiences showcase a diverse understanding of the Church's challenges and opportunities.
Another motherhood statement in support of a charismatic figure, brother. Cardinal Tagle's methodology, if there is any, is not what the Church needs now after the Pontificate of Pope Francis. The Church having more "liberal" leanings isn't what the church needs.
ASIAN POPE
Pray to the Lord for the enlightment of the Cardinals who will vote the next Pope in. Pray that he is a staunch believer in Catholic teachings
Which Pope wasn’t a staunch believer in Catholic teachings? By definition the Pope is the one who has the most accurate interpretation of catholic teachings when speaking ex Cathedra, so unless the cardinals consider voting a Protestant in I really don’t get the necessity of your comment 🧐
I’d like to see one of the African Cardinals take over! Many of the African leaders in the Church are very faithful to its teachings and they make sure the people know what they are!
And they preside over thousands of priests in concubinage
Good vid!
Thank you!
Thanks for your analysis: you're helping viewers learn about some lesser-known figures among the college of cardinals.
Cardinal Tagle is very famous in Europe and USA...He has a very winsome personality!
Not unsurprisingly, due to their position, many Cardinals are also very famous in Europe and USA, amongst others.
Let's just hope that the next one is balanced, not a socialist, has an appreciation for Sacred Tradition and interfaith dialogue and is willing to motivate the parish priests in the pulpit to speak about more than just money.
There is a huge chance of that if he isn't a Jesuit
Yes, let's get rid of the weeds, it's destroying the garden.
Cardinal Sarah
The Lord’s teachings encourage reaching out to all sinners and spreading the gospel to every corner of the earth. Being Trad is like the Pharisees, known for their pretentiousness and hypocrisy, can also be likened to disobedient angels who close doors to others and refuse to serve. You should be ashamed of yourself and your man-made TLM sedevacantist cult.
I like Cardinal Tagle but the Church needs Cardinal Sara i Prefer him to be the next Pontiff
Yes please. ❤❤❤ We need boldness.
YES! I think he can restore the Catholic church.
sara is almost 80 years old
@@rbce981 So. He's still the best out of all
Cardinal Tagle is the most suitable to spread the faith to the new pool of followers in asia and middle east.
Not since the priest problem in the Philippines. That’s a stain on his record I believe.

Thank you!
You are welcome
Important to note that you released this on 8/18/23 under the assumption of the 9/30/23 consistory. Deaths or resignations of cardinals, cardinal-designates or pontiff could change this analysis. (But it is stellar!)
That is correct!
Awell...they are not immortals...
Funny
Its time for a pope from africa, they are the most stable men of sound mind and body unlike the european geriatric cardinals
I have my favourite, only because he was in the final year of my school when I started in the first year. I could therefore claim, quite honestly that I went to school with the pope. Sadly, I have no recollection of him at school whatsoever.
I feel for the last while it will be an Italian Pope.
Cardinal Matteo Zuppi, maybe.
God Bless all
Why didn't you mention Cardinals Zuppi and Grech? I think they would have a good chance because of being close to the pope and playing a big role in synod of bishops.
Both of these men suffer from what I would call "being too young". Proximity to the Pope or the Synod does not necessarily correlate to a higher outcome unless the expressed reason is that the Cardinals liked them or the work they did. The age for me is the big reason.
Zuppi is a commie like Francis.
Who are they?
Erdo or Sarah would be great
The next Pope should come from Africa as these holy priest, Bishops and Cardinals are preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ and not influenced by the globalist and the anti-Christ. I am a Filipino, not African.
Watch Luc Terlinden (54) from Belgium in the long run. He was promoted from diocesan priest to archbishop and president of the bishops conference in Belgium. He’s smart as a whip, an excellent theologian and has extensive experience with youth pastoral. He was ordained priest bij Danneels, one of the members of Sankt Gallen Group who campaigned for card. Bergoglio to become pope. The primate of Belgium has almost always been a cardinal and I hope pope Francis gives him the red.
Pope Francis hasn't shyed away away from not giving traditionally Cardinalatial sees a Red Hat. As long as he is without Cardinal Status, it is a really long shot.
@@DomZerchi You are obviously a lot more knowledgeable than me and two cardinals with voting rights for a small country like Belgium feels excessive. That being said, the church here is in turmoil with the unfinished business from bishop RogerVangheluwe and Terlinden will need all authority to sustain the faithful and calm down the politicians who are out for blood because Vangheluwe is still a bishop. It will be very interesting to see how 2024 will unfold.
That being said: Terlinden is someone very special. It is the
first time I have the feeling we have an archbishop and president of the bishops conference who is both energetic, smart and a great leader. He has a lot of the young JP II in him.

Oh hell no!
@@ryanscottlogan8459 Care to elaborate?
Please the whole world should pray for bishop Godfrey Ibuikwe Onah to be appointed Arch bishop then cardinal and finally a pope. Our world will be enlightened of Christianity and to have a clear know of the love of God for all mankind.
Even a priest can be appointed to be the cardinal, not only bishop or arch bishop. So possibility is there for bishop Godfrey to become a cardinal even now through the grace of God🙏
Who’s he?
The next pope is predicted to be St. Peter. However, the prediction is only correct if the prophecy for Francis is fufilled. His prediction is ::
"He will reign in the final persecution. of the Holy Roman Church."
What that means? Your guess is as good as mine.
If any of the cardinals are reading this, I’d like to throw my hat in the ring as a long shot candidate. Probably not any body’s first choice, but if you’ve gone weeks and can’t reach consensus, think about it.
Take it easy
I try my best.
I think it is time to make a pope from Asia.
Hi Dom Zerchi - final Lord Abbot of the Abbey of the Albertian Order of St. Leibowitz.
Hello!
@@DomZerchi I thought you died. But you live!
@@shouldhavedonebetter Well, I did, but only several thousand years in the future
I would highlight three names: Luis Antônio Tagle, Pietro Parolin and Matteo Zuppi.
My preference is for Zuppi.
Care to give some commentary?
My preference is Cardinal Luis Antonio Tagle, hopefully my Angel’s Tongue will not fail me! GOD WILLING🙏‼️
@@user-cx6vm6bg3eWhy? What does he stand for? I really do not know
I think that a traditionalist Pope is needed. Even in the secularizing world we see that tradition prospers among the youth (SSPX, FSSP, Chartres Pilgrimage...). The Church needs to strenghten its teachings, not water them down. We do not follow the ways of the world. I hope that Peter Erdo will be the next Pope.
Yes but their percentage overall is low. Generation Z will be the demise of conservatism in the next few decades.
SSPX is Protestant. I don’t think they believe in a pope
AMEN❤❤❤ as a recent convert from Protestantism (i am 24).
I hope we can see reconciliation with SSPX. I see a lot of good in traditional groups, and this can be a great thing in the modern world. These things can coexist
Regarding Pope Francis, he served as a cardinal for just over 12 years before being elected pope (not 8) around 3:20 in the video and slide
Yes, others have noted my error. Thank you for the correction.
It must be Lenny Belardo.
I'm curious to know why you don't think Cardinal Arborelius is likely?
He doesn't particularly stand out amongst the College to the College from my perspective.
Who’s he?
Exhaustive study and focused. Congratulations
Thank you
Nice analysis. Permit me just 2 additions to the list of the most likely and a final note that would matter to the subject:
The ones I believe will also to be also on the "poll position" to the next Papacy are Portuguese Cardinal Tolentino de Mendonça, now a Vatican official, a poet, a man of culture, a huge and complex theologian and Singapore Cardinal William Goh, another from the Charismatics, because Asia is the world's area where Catholicism is growing faster.
The final notes: First of its all; all will depend on how much time Pope Francis actually lives or decides to stay at work. For now, and unless he eventually passes away, there is nothing supporting the idea that Pope Francis wants to retire on the next times to come. It is pretty much clear that he wants to finish the Synod and at least to do the whole "Holly Year 2025", making some more Cardinals in the mean time. On the other hand, we now on at least the 3rd Pope in row that had a long time of relatively fragile health before their Papacies have ended. The Church will need a clearly younger Pope that perhaps will end up leaving the Papacy at 80 or such. Pope Benedict has opened a door that should not be closed again for decades. The Papacy would be seen as a temporary office as many others in this so media centered world!...
The Problem I have with your analysis for your proposed candidates is that I don't see what sets them apart as being more uniquely likely to the College of Cardinals to be picked.
I also don't think old men becoming old and frail towards the end of their Papacy is necessarily a problem, and I'm generally opposed to Papal Abdications.
@@DomZerchi Obviously a very valid opinion, sir! Papal abdications have come to stay, unless Pope Francis passes away in the mean time. That's not a question of one's being in favor or not. I believe nobody in the Vatican wants more of the same that we had on final JP2 days. That's is a typical modern public relations sort of thing than anything else. Very fragile extremely old human final days are to be as quiet as it can be, even for a Pope.
That said: If only the European Cardinals would vote, I'm quite confident Cardinal Tolentino would have basically all the votes, apart the 2 or 3 still electable German traditionalists, but this Papacy brought such an unique feature that pretty much every other Cardinal would wish to retain for the future, especially the ones that came with said feature: Pope Francis elevated Cardinals from literally the "nowhere"! Those Cardinals from the "nowhere" will likely to join in a block to just grant that the next Pope doesn't forget them and continues pushing for Cardinals from their like minded set. No matter what, this is human nature in the works, like it or not... So, here there is Cardinal Goh or Tagle, the 2 most prominent among the Asians. That brings the high possibility of an Asian Pope. Oh: And they need someone above and beyond the current western culture wars! Whom better than an Asian for that?...
strange that the 2 youngest candidates have the same variation name of Peter !
Not super strange.
The next Pope needs to be in his 50's. The Church has too many old Cardinals.
Do you think the Cardinals would be inclined to make such a choice?
John Paul II and Pius IX became pope in their 50s
It is not pronunced "pont-official" college; the pronunciation is pontifical ("pon-tif-ical').
I've heard.
I’d love to see a very progressive Pope to bring the church into relevance to the modern age.
What does this practically mean?
You mentioned serious information without clarifying it. Like when you said “ the controversy of Cardinal Tagle in Caritas”. What is the controversy. It is unfair to say that in public space without giving us details that we can use to verify it.
Fair enough. Obviously I cannot comprehensively cover everything in a video. At the time, the most of my knowledge was that my Diocese had suspended donations temporarily and that there were some instances of corruption. From my current view, it appears as though these were mostly without Cardinal Tagle's knowledge.
All these people are ridiculous
America Magazine published a piece about how Pope Francis removed the leadership of Caritas, including Cdl. Tagle, after reports of poor staff morale.
Can you clarify with what you mean by "No Americans", as in no members of the US american clergy? No US american citizens? No American (Both S and N) citizens? No American (Both S and N) clergy??
Americans as in clergy from the United States.
I do not think there will be another man to claim to be Pope.
Why?
How do you arrive at 8 years as Cardinal for Pope Francis when he became Cardinal in 2001 and Pope in 2013?
By making a mathematical error.
We don't know what God's plans
Hmm... now we get to find out if the Irish Saint was right. Will Saint Malchy's list of Popes be proven corrent??
The Prophecy of St. Malachy was not written by the Saint. It is a Renaissance forgery.
Cardinal Tagle
I can't grasp the concept of a "progressive Pope". What do you mean by "progressive side of the Church"? Isn't it in contrast to the Tradition of the Church?
Not specially
no
I'd say a progressive Pope is someone who wants to "bend" the rules. Mmmm ...let's see. The Italian gay porn masseur who had his design approved for the Jubilee Year 2025 poster (Giacomo Travisani); thumbs up by the Pope of "Piss Christ" artist at an audience at the Vatican; the promotion of Cardinal Fernandez as Prelate to the Dicastery of the Doctrine of Faith (this Cardinal wrote two books about 20 years ago as a priest; they are truly disgusting); the non removal of Father Marko Rupnik even though he was kicked out by the Jesuits; the absolute worldwide confusion around Fiducia Supplicans, regardless of the pope's good intentions; the banning of the Traditional Mass. The list goes on. This is what being modern and progressive means in actuality. A distortion of the Truth.
Cardinal Antonio Tagle 😊 or Cardinal Sicola. But I think a certain softdrink company don't want Cardinal Sicola to become the next Pope because it will be a great advertisement for their rival soft drink brand if the latter Cardinal become the next pope because he will be called Pope Sicola.
I did laugh at the Pope Sicola remark.
CORNY ! 🌽🌽🌽🌽🤡🤡🤡🤡😤🤬😡❤️☮️👍
Great video- my only input is that this is all likely correct, but it’s also likely the college of cardinals doesn’t get the chance to post a single vote without God himself casting the Holy Spirit onto everyone and personally and publicly ordaining the “Angelic Pontiff” himself. Titled ‘The Great Prince’ from the book of Daniel, and also known as the Comforter prophecied of by Christ himself
I find that your supposition is extremely not likely. Having never heard of the "Angelic Pontiff" outside of Pius XII, I find your interpretation of Biblical prophecy in reference to Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit to be a bit disconcerting.
@@DomZerchi I’ve seen this exact response given before- it’s a response that’s understandable but the angelic pontiff’s origins don’t lie in the words of any pope let alone pius the twelfth. It’s a title created later but given to a figure that’s been prophecied time and time again since the Christ himself was prophesied.
A person ordained by God himself who comes in Christ’s name.
The Messiah Ben Joseph, Michael The Great Prince, The Comforter, The Advocate, The Angelic Pontiff, Petrus Romanus, etc.

@@TheArmchairPriest Seeing as I have no knowledge of what you're talking about, can you direct me to some source about this? I once again reiterate that references to "The Comforter" who is to be sent by Christ (as He says before and after His resurrection) is the Holy Spirit, the Third Person of the Trinity. Conjecture towards any other end doesn't seem to fit with the Biblical witness or with Catholic Tradition.
@@DomZerchi Hey i shared a link earlier im not sure if you got it, seeing as youtube lovesss to send links to spam. The link banks the history of the visions and prophecies of this figure when hes specifically called the Angelic Pontiff. From here we understand it’s right in The Lords Prayer, the Holy Spirit wills and speaks through every prophet of God (let alone all seven flames of God that bear the gifts of the Holy Spirit). And from thereee it’s not about U.S. understanding the angelic pontiff being the Comforter, it’s about U.S. understanding that the Comforter (the Holy Spirit) willssss and breaths life into the “Angelic” Pontiff as it willed Adam, Enoch, Noah, Abraham, Moses, and the Son of God the Messiah David himself

Cardinal Tagle all the way for me! I heard him speak in person once about the church being the parent of all the broken and lonely, and the need for sincere priests who love and would die for their people. It was such an astonishingly moving proclamation of the gospel I couldn’t help crying. This is the kindly gospel zeal and sincerity that our church needs and in whom the world will see sincerity. Literally everything he says is astoundingly heart stirring to a degree I don’t think Benedict or Francis have often reached. Tagle will be another John Paul in charisma. What’s amazing is he can do it in spite of English being a third language
I think it is neat that you've been able to connect in such a deep way, and I also appreciate that you've framed this as being your personal pick. Thank you for your insight!
It will be Jean Claude Hollerich. Comes from an irrelevant country, but is still european. Speaks a lot languages and has the same positions as Francis. Today he plays already a bigger role in Synode.

And to you who ever you are the next Pope, lets be honest please please the church is really in downside people inside or outside the church should be lead back to Christ because we almost forgot whom we truly served, we are too focus on our achievements as a worker and servant of Christ, we focus on our self our fame our figures, again we lost track on Christ. Bergoglio was a cardinal for 12years before being elected Pope and not 8years as you have it at fast facts.

Focus on Erdo, the papal almoner if you need another Polish Pope and Stephen Chow.f you need an Asian Pope.
Oops! That indeed is an error. My bad.
Part of the reason for my exclusion of some Cardinals, like Schonborn and Sarah, is because they're reaching the upper age limit and if there is no immediate Conclave, slightly younger Cardinals like Ranjith will have a better shot.
@@DomZerchi good analysis but next time try also to focus if they chose from geographical regions. For example-
1. Do they need a European candidate? A Pole? The papal.almoner, krajewski? Has a good shot.
An Italian born in Europe (like Parolin) or the young Franciscan from Assisi?
Will an Italian born abroad (like Bergoglio) do?.
If they need a German whom can they choose?
2. If they need an Asian with a short tenure then Ranjith looks good. If an Asian who will be a Pope for 20 years and will.make good relations With China then Stephen Chow's chances are very high indeed.
