I tried this recipe - didn't turn out great actually. A heaped teaspoon is too much mixed spice, I'd probably go for a level one. Also, 25 minutes is way too long in the oven - I baked them for 20 and even then they were a bit overdone.
Anyone know if I can knead this with a dough hook rather than by hand? And if so, when would I know it’s done kneading? Always wanted to make bread but I don’t have a large counter space to do kneading.
