I am going to be working out with a personal trainer next week as my first time doing 1-1 had never worked out at a local gym before. I want to have a strong arm so I can throw my bowling ball harder than I can. My fastest I bowled was 13.75 which is pretty impressive. I want to go to around 14.00 to 15.00 mph so I can improve my bowling game.

Utilize social media! Start with friends and family, work for free, get them results and share those results on social media!!! That’s how I started! Worked for free for months!
