Buckwheat is great carb source, nutritionally and taste wise.
I encourage you to experiment preparing meals with it various ways. Try different herbs, spices, sauces and dressings, ground meat, eggs, fry it, boil it, steam it.
For example: boil buckwheat, then fry chopped onion and add ground meat (pork, beef) to it. Then add boiled buckwheat into the frying process. Season the mix with salt and black pepper. Try it this way and feel free to compliment it with different sauces, dressings, herbs and spices according to your likings.
