I took profit in KDC. The 3 DC in China is a worry. The master tenant was bankrupt since last year.
For this half result, it excludes the contribution from their China assets but still able to increase their distributable income. I do not expect the master tenant to recover. I’ll be surprise if it did.
KDC is currently expensive with the current dividend yield but in terms of demand for DCs, KDC might benefit greatly.
If the rental reversions comes in strong again, I will not be surprised their dividend will continue to grow without the need of their china assets.
