Solid video, thank you for sharing these dividend stocks - many interesting plays. I particularly like REITs when it comes to dividend investing with my top REITs being Realty Income, STAG Industrial and Store Capital. However, I of course have plenty of others. When it comes to dividend investing, I like to look through the dividend aristocrat list and the dividend kings list for companies to invest in given the long track records and most importantly their future upward growth trajectories, all very stable so I never really have to worry much at all!

Hi Josh, thanks for vid. I notice that you covered quite a bit on REITs but are they still attractive when come to interest rate hike ? Would be glad if you could also cover Singapore stocks that are inflation resilient and/or Singapore stocks that will benefit from interest rate hike. As always, many thanks in advance.

@@yengkoontan7184 I sold off all my EC world Reit as I felt that the sponsor Forchn business is somewhat affected by the pandemic. There was a waiver of late payment of 10 mil by ECW's manager for the sponsor. An announcement in Mar 2021 "HAS BEEN APPROACHED BY FORCHN INTERNATIONAL FOR POTENTIAL TRANSACTION INVOLVING CO'S INTERESTS IN ALL ITS PROPERTIES.TRANSACTION MAY OR MAY NOT LEAD TO DIVESTMENT OF THESE PROPERTIES." was the last straw which made me sold off all ECW shares. I could be wrong, but once beaten twice shy...remember First Reit where the sponsor Lippo Karawaci requested to restructure all it's rents which cause the price and dividends of FR to tank. My take on this : When the sponsor "chu pattern", that is the time to sell, no matter what price is the stock.
