i’m gonna piggyback off this feedback and say DO NOT do that!
i stopped watching enes because the constant talking was annoying.
this format is great. you intro the house, talk about some of the details, then let the walkthrough of the house do the rest.
i love that i don’t have to hear “look at these breathtaking views” every three seconds

Everyone in PV hates these houses, they built like 20 California modern houses next to a ton of Mediterranean-style homes. They do not fit the community at all lmfao drive around the neighborhood and you'll see. $5 million eyesores.

Honestly ppl thought same about Mediterranean 20 years ago no one is building Mediterranean right now so get with the times

Actually i like neighborhoods that have different style homes. It makes it unique and no so cookie cutter.

There are other styles of houses in the neighborhood too and those look great. The Tuscan, Santa Fe, contemporary, Pueblo, and ranch style also look wonderful. It's just this one modern California style that the neighborhood dislikes@@genew5758. If you're looking for a more modern Phoenix look, stop by the Phoenician or an Optima complex. it's literally just this one style that is disliked around here.

I personally think all the old Mediterranean homes are the eyesore. This looks like the best home on the block😂

It doesn't really matter if its not the same as the other homes, imagine getting heated becuz others choose their own style on the house and property that they OWNED 😂

It’s nice but for some reason I don’t love it. It feels very busy. So many different patterns and textures in very close proximity for very prominent fixtures in your home that you’re now either married to or will have to pay a premium to rip out: plus black hardware wears out very fast, the double island is too close together and makes that room look smaller than it is, the glass walls around the dining room will be a b to take care of…this home is for someone but even if I had this kind of money it wouldn’t be for me. It’s very unpractical.
