I could really relate to Georgie on the crippling thoughts, stagnation, and how important it is to not entertain those thoughts. Keep it moving! On the over-consumption of information aspect, I have never thought of it as something that could actually be detrimental to our mental health. That really got me thinking. My favorite being around work life balance and around using emotionality as a radical tactic against society that view vulnerability as weakness.
