Yeah, I really like all of it... but when she reaches for the fiddle you know they're absolutely going to bust loose.
P.S. It was the TH-cam algorithm that somehow guessed I'd like this band. Not a huge fan of AI but it nailed it this time.
This isn’t bluegrass for me… just country auto tuned.
Real bluegrass is Low Water Bridge Band or Poor Man’s Whiskey & Josh Brough, for instance.

@@oldgeezerLV Yes I think too.. Maybe the bluegrass definition is different according to states ? Maybe an Iowan folk will find that The Dead South and Lost Dog Street Band are more bluegrass than this version of Cotton Eyed Joe ?
I'm ashamed to say that I just discovered this amazing band, but for the past few days I've been watching all of their videos, and it's an absolute pleasure! what talent ! Sublime voices and what musicians !!! But how come they are not known to the whole world?

I finally got to see Southern Raised tonight here in McKee KY! They’re 4 phenomenal musicians who play some of the absolute best bluegrass/classical I’ve ever heard in my 55 years on this planet, I hope they come back to town soon, It was a great experience and show, Well done!

Banjo is one very unique music instrument for me, like in one side you can play it and make it sound so silly, like, you play it on a crossroad and everybody start doing shenanigans, but in the other hand, banjo strum is so calming and even touch my heart and make me cry, and today i saw this banjo solo and i cant even..
