How are they so chill by investing almost 1 crore on a masters degree despite having so many corporate layoffs at the present times. What If they dont get a job, it is so much of a stress on parents as well as the individual as long as they are super wealthy.

Even i wonder where they get all this money from. My family's entire NetWorth after selling gold, cars etc. will not be more than 30 lakhs.

You stop thinking about it since you have a lot going on, assignments, projects, classes, exams, job search, etc. So with so much going on, you don't think about it much

@@shaivamuthaiya2015 They take loan from India using parent's property as collateral, and hope to pay the loan in a few years after getting job by earning in dollars in USA.
1 crore INR is roughly = 100,000 USD, if you get a job that pays you 100,000 USD per year on graduating (possible if you get a job in Microsoft,Google,Facebook, etc) then you can pay it back in 3 years before your F1 visa OPT expires.

Simple, they have sufficient financial backing back home. Also, US universities are pretty generous when it comes to scholarships and many Indian universities offer pathways to transfer your credits to good US universities through which you can save up half of the tuition cost.

L1 visa is basically we work in a company in some soecific countries like singapore and apply for usa through company. L1 is different from H1B in the sense that 1st we are sent to other country for a couple of years and then to usa. I do t exactly know the detsiks but this is rough picture@@Pratim-z7l

What are the best strategies to protect my portfolio? I've heard that a downturn will devastate the financial market, so I'm concerned about my $200k stock portfolio.

There are strategies that could be put in place for solid gains regardless of economy situation, but such execution is usually carried out by an investment specialist

I've been in touch with a financial analyst ever since I started investing. Knowing today's culture The challenge is knowing when to purchase or sell when investing in trending stocks, which is pretty simple. On my portfolio, which has grown over $900k in a little over a year, my adviser chooses entry and exit orders
