    Why didn't you use the New born features (especially the head support, that can be raised and fasten to hold the baby's head)?

      Oh great question! You can find the full answer linked below but in short covering a newborns head with a stiff panel is actually really quite dangerous.     Thank you for the detailed video! I don't understand why it's not good to use it after 10 months. Parents start using backward facing again?

      Because babies weight pulls away, outward facing puts the most strain on parents back and often gets too heavy from 10 months onwards. And often as baby can get their arms out they are happier inward facing. Plus usually you can back carry which is a more comfortable alternative for parent and baby.       I think the Joie is better but honestly neither are great and I wouldn't recommend either... as I say in the video toward the end if you watch all the way through 😉
