@@BEASTProjects idk what it is with the egts probs but I took notice on trucks that I have work on if you mess with the egt prob. It takes them a few days to read right again.
Strange, @monsterRam mentioned that it could be a bad sensor.
Awesome.... now to see the results. Now I want to do the same kit on my truck. Hope it gives good long term results... keep the awesom videos coming I can never wait to watch.

Edit: Hey, your EGT probe doesn't seem to be reading right. A good pull should get you to at least 1000°F. The most I saw here was in the 330s.
Yeah, I’m not sure what’s going on with it. It was reading high 800 today on the highway.
@@BEASTProjects Might be a bad probe. My last one went bad and started displaying crazy numbers. Replaced it and she's been good since.

Not yet, I’ll be switching to their LBF tune in the next video.

I switched to the LBF tune, because I was still on stock fuel.

Instead of using a baster to prelude your turbo have someone hold the compressor wheel for about 30 seconds on the first startup and then she'll be minty
How laggy is the s467 compared to the vgt turbo deleted? Will you still keep that instant throttle response?
Definitely a noticeable difference. VGT is practically instant, S467 is comes on gradually.

Why not compound turbos? Seems to me for the money you can get the same hp/tq. And keep your exhaust brake.
I seriously thought about it... Decided on the single because I don’t need the exhaust brake. We’ll see the difference soon, dynoing my truck & another Ram w/ a compound setup. Stay tuned...
6.7 + compounds = bent/broken rods. They make too much low-mid rpm torque for the longer stroke in the 6.7 which puts unintended stress on the rods. Poke around on Cummins forum and you'll see several first hand accounts of the aftermath. There's also a few on here. TH-cam channel: Hold It Wide Open comes to mind. It might not happen right away, but on a stock bottom end, you're on borrowed time. If you're lucky, you'll only slightly bend a rod which won't cost too much if you catch it in time, maybe a few grand for the rebuild. If not... well, hope you have five figures set aside for a new engine. 6.7s seems to like a bigger single and higher revs. That's why many go this route.

Oh I got plenty of💪lol I broke my breaker bar. I even bought a easy out that fit inside the fitting and no dice. I had to just hose clamp a rubber nipple on it. It looks jank lmao

Too bad they couldn’t have made that coolant reservoir with a site glass or something to keep an eye on your coolant.
I actually talked them about that. There’s really no place they could have put a site glass that you would be able to see it. I just looked down the filler neck & you can see the coolant at the base of it.

Glad I could see mine. It helped show the bubbles in coolant when my head gasket went out.
I o-ringed and studded the head. Industrial injection 60 HP Over D-Fly injectors and FASS 165 GPH.
I am kinda glad the head gasket went out, now my pockets are recovering

It’s a deleted 2012 2500 6.7 Cummins 4x4
6 inch BDS LA Lift running 37’s.
68RFE with 3.73 gears.
It’s tuned with H&S Mini Maxx set on the high sulfur tune, or the deleted tune.
I was running it on the first power level
(Tow Tune which is a 25 hp tune) when my head gasket decided to leak.
I still am running it on this tune now and have no issues.
I had Miller’s Machine Shop in Oxford PA, magniflux & pressure test the head.
Once he said it passed I had him hot tank and o-ring the head. He checked all the valves, seats, and stems. I can’t remember off hand the name of the valve seals he used but they are very high quality and are resistant to high temperatures. Miller’s specializes in all diesels especially the 5.9 - 6.7 Cummins in competition applications.
This old guy really knows his stuff and wasn’t bad on the $$$.
I only mentioned all that in case You have any problems with yours, it would be better and less expensive than to buy a new head or block.

Yup, HPP, but you still need to do a trans relearn after switching tunes.

is 37psi boost max or is it making more but not showing it. i run 37 psi on a stock turbo with h&s tuning
36.xx is the limit of the OE MAP sensor. A boost sensor plumbed into the intake or an aftermarket MAP sensor is the solution. He's probably making at least 40-45psi on good pull with his current setup.
It seems only be reading to 36.5. I’m working on a fix for that w/ a new map sensor & a tune update.

That’s all the OEM MAP sensor will go to. I’m quiet sure we’re in the 40-50psi range.

That was laggy as hell looked about 5 to 6 seconds before makx boost. No way in hell would you be able to tow a trailer behind that truck. It is very laggy.
