  • Pine needle soda
    What an outcome. Try it out, it was a lot of fun and a cool experience with your kids.
    We used 1 1/2 cups of chopped needles but next time I would use a 1/2 cup more to fasten the progress.
    2 table spoons of honey or sugar. Because I waned it as a immune system booster, I used honey from our local honey bee keeper.
    2-3 cups of water and let it stand tightly closed in in direct sun. I can not get to warm or it will not work.

    Carbonic acid is a very weak acid. It is a buffered chemical that will neutralize strong acids into the perfect blood ph level 7.34.
    Carbonic acid is the carbon dioxide mixed in with water.
    It is also healthy for plants. Gardeners could potentially make a big batch of that and reduce extreme acidity or extreme alkalinity in their soils.
