Longer Demo - Spring Summer Example - Mynachlog Fawr Farm 1947

Interactive, time traveling, educational experience that will allow users to travel back to Mynachlog Fawr Farm’s, golden age and to explore a day in the life, of the working farm. This Golden Age has been inspired by the pages of the book, Life Beneath the Arch by, Charles Arch, who was born and raised at the farm.
The interactive experience will have a bird’s eye view of Mynachlog Fawr Farm and its surrounding landscape, with the project’s focus on the farmhouse and the Arch family within.
The project will have four unique experiences to explore which are dictated by the four seasons. Depending on what time of year the visitors accesses the presentation, they’ll be greeted with a different story reflecting a snapshot of a day on the farm, at that time. This, we hope, will encourage repeat visits throughout the course of the year.
The project will focus on the daily events that took place over the course of the year during 1947.
Users will be able to explore the site that includes the farmhouse, rooms within, together with selected objects, outbuildings, and the surrounding landscape.
Users will meet Mr & Mrs Arch and a young Charles together with his brothers, sisters, maid and various farm hands. They will form interactive points of interest within the landscape and act as our guide, as users explore the events of the day, whose setting will be dictated by, the current season.
