Thankyou sir for your valuable information regarding Osteoarthritis. I have recently communicated with Osteoarthritis. Arthopadic doctors have advised to do exercises which was taught by Physiotherapist. I am doing those exercises taught to me. Also exercises on u tube by you have also been started like cycling lock and anti clock wise. I am using flake seed roasted with warm water on empty stomach

I have been getting extreme pain in right knee since last one month, just two days back after consulting Orthopedic doctor I came to know about this fact. I have started taking physiotherapy treatment but no sign of improvement.
