Thanks for the nice tutorial, how do you compare vray to corona? I havent used corona before but vray is rather difficult to get a good render as its too contrasty with lights and materials and the color bleed is too strong. the materials are kind of noisy when the reflections are blurry, the ir maps is blotchy unless the settings are high which takes a lot of time to render.

To exclude glass objects, just click on preserve glass materials, even if model is from some other software.
