Hi, i think the "hero light" part of the tutorial is really nice and a good addition.
The small primary light with defined shadows and secondary bigger light with blured shadows and different colours for each are a really cool addition aswell to a normal studio lighting setup, thank you for the tutorial, fast and informative, 10/10, cheers!

Hey there Ava... Thank you so much for the awesome tutorial.. I work with vray and I have an issue. I been trying to find a way to get proper lighting from showcasing a lamp with the lighting for a lighted scene. I do models for TS and you know how they want these realistic scene and lighting for doing checkmate certified models. Anyways I'm hoping that you ever have time or have a tutorial that you have already done that has proper lighting for a lamp in vray. a night lighted scene if possible. Thank you Ava.. your an amazing artist.. love all your tutorials that you give us.

Cool video! Though in my workflow I prefer to use targeted lights for quicker and more precise setup and adjustments. Also you should consider using light lister for tweaking the lights individually.
I use it sometimes as well, but the lightimx is quicker.
I love your videos, always so inspiring! I have a problem with the units of my lights, i would have to use large values in intensity for my scene to look like yours, how can i fix this?
you can play with camera shutter speed, that will make the view much more brighter

Yes you can. It's highly advised to start with free courses on youtube and then move on to paid courses

Material reads ma-TE-rial. Emphasis at "TE".
For Vray....They have Vray Softbox material for easy Studio light setup!!!
Just funny fact: video about perfect studio lighting (in 3d) but lighting in the real studio of speaker is not perfect. (this will be fixed in the next videos)
