I bought them years ago when they first come out. When you get them they work great then after a few months the non stick deteriorates! I bought several of them years ago and they all do the same! If you want to buy one every 3 months go for it!
The question is can you really get a sear on a steak as good as a cast iron skillet? If you could, it could potentially be the most perfect steak grilling machine because it grills from both sides at once.
