      Hello :) in making the filo its really up to you. You can put 3, 4 or 5 layer , up to your preference. For me, I usually put like 4 layers down and 3 layers up. - I just feel that the meat and filo is balance like this. 🙈

    U missed the step with the milk and egg wash moisture !!!! I followed your recipe and it wasn’t the right one !!!! That egg moisture makes it most and edible other wise it’s too crispy like a paper !! I shouldn’t have followed yours :((
