Hello, I am from New York. This is one of my favorite Egyptian soup. Molokhai is a very easy delicious and super healthy soup. You can find frozen molokhia in super markets that sale halal products. In New York we are blessed with a high population of Arabic groceries store.Google search halal store near me. My preference area is Astoria Queens New York where you find a variety of Middle Eastern products and spices that will make you think you have just gone on vacation to the Egypt. Ps Astoria is full of Middle Eastern bakeries that will blow your mind. Personally I love a sweet dessert after having molokhia.

I had this in London (lebanese versio) they kept the meat inside and the leaf was kept whole I think and was like a spinachy chicken broth. Still delicious!! Will try this version at home when I cook it myself.
