Hi Thiago, Thanks for a great tips, I really appreciate your afforts and never stop supporting you, for me you are the best teacher in the world, and I really respect you so much that I really wanna meet with you in the future and go to the Brazil to meet with you and I do believe I'll do it definitely...
Two weeks ago I started working for international company. It's very hard for me because I don't understand too much, but I try. You Thiago are my authority. You made it, and I'll too.
I'm sure you'll get the results you're looking for if you keep practicing and give it some time. About your work environment, it'll get easier over time. The more you listen to your colleagues, the better you will start to understand them. And by the way, congratulations on getting the job!
I've been using Elsa speak for nearly 6 months and I would say that is an awesome app to improve pronunciation and also intonation, which are skills so useful to boost your fluency.

Learning a second language takes time, Milly. There will be ups and downs in your journey. Sometimes you will feel really motivated with your learning and your progress and sometimes you will feel down in the dumps, feeling like you're not making any progress. But believe me, every single day you spend practicing your English, you ARE making progress, even if you can't see it yet. So keep going!

I find it really useful, too. It's one of those tools I wish I'd had when I was learning English myself.
Thanks alot Mr Thiago, actually you always run your own race and differente from the others.

Is everything okay? What happened to your right hand? Did you get injured?
Yeah, I did, but it's already healing. Thanks for your concern!
