Try reading out loud and record you voice. Overtime, this habit will help you get confortable with your voice and pronnunciation . And it's also crucial to build the habit of thinking in English, at least with really basic things from the get go.

I understand almost 95% of what you are saying, but when i try to speaking, my mouth got stuck😢
Its because u don't practice a lot, if u have a lot of practice u will see that is not so difficult, but it's something that we need to learn just it
