It's working good like ups when the power is off for a few seconds and then on again? I mean it's will not shut down your PC ? Sorry for my bad English
It doesn't have the ultra low switching time of a UPS so you would have to test it for your own needs as I believe it's within 30ms
Will ecoflow still provide power to the device after the power comes back on?
Yes, as long as there is power left.
