It's working good like ups when the power is off for a few seconds and then on again? I mean it's will not shut down your PC ? Sorry for my bad English
It doesn't have the ultra low switching time of a UPS so you would have to test it for your own needs as I believe it's within 30ms

Looks great Anthony! I'm your 35th sub... My 4x6 cargo/camper uses a 750W inverter on a deep cycle marine battery. Runs my AC, and TV. Also use it to run an induction cooktop and charge my ebike...
Sounds nice but I'm curious if you have any solar and how many amp hours is your battery.
on those old usb ports you can use them for LED Lights for power outs

It looks like the River 2 is pretty efficient for its size and I am not complaining.
I think it's amazingly suited for charging drones, electric boards or bikes, and powering lights. It would also be great for photographers.
Looks like the River 2 is another well built power station like the previous River.
I think they're all well built and designed except the issues with the older or Gen 2 river line.
With that small package I am impressed how Ecoflow was able to pack in 256Wh of capacity.
That is truly what is most impressive.
The LCD display of the River 2 is pretty bright and solid compared to other branded power stations.
At a 50w load do the fans run at a similar rate? Thanks. Great content. Subscribed. My Anker 535 is silent at this load and I sleep near it!

I am very impressed with what Ecoflow did to the River 2 especially the use of LFP batteries.
Now this is one pretty compact and portable power station. After this video it just comfirmed that is also very efficient.
I agree with you that it does look pretty compact and it does look like it is not as heavy as it looks.
I agree the best selling point will be its portability and also the one hour charge it takes to go to full charge.
Let's say you don't let it get all the way to 0% then it takes even less than an hour to charge.
Aside from being portable, it does weigh in pretty light at 3.5 kgs. Which is really portable.
I will honestly get the River 2 for the fast charge that it has. It does charge faster than any other power station.

That power station actually charges faster than my mobile phone. An hour for a full charge is out of this world.
Phones can charge pretty fast now depending on what you have but impressive nonetheless.
With a 3000 charge cycle. I think the River 2 will easily last for around 10 years.
I did not expect the USB-C to be bi-directional and that is plus indeed.
This is Ecoflows first time supporting usb c charging so definitely a plus.
What I like best is the fast charge time. One hour is not bad at all.
Thanks for the video. What I like best aside from it being efficient is that it is using LFP batteries which will actually run for years to come.
I think for my needs I will need either the MAX or Pro but the based model is great for charging drones, phones or running a 12v cooler.
What is that, 78 percent AC efficiency? Doesn't sound like Ecoflow to have such a low efficiency... Maybe I won't buy this after all haha but great video, thanks man.
I got 82% efficiency twice in a row before this video also this tester doesn't show smaller increments.

It was just a quick video and I was tired but I forgot to add that it was 82% efficiency @ 0.4C which I've got twice but this test yielded a little lower for some reason.
Ecoflow power stations are known to be pretty efficient and this one is keeping it up.
For me I guess it is the quick charging capability it has. Not all power stations can get a full charge in 60 minutes.
Combine that with the fact it uses LFP and its a great product.

I forgot that the EF show the temp in the app. Totally forgot about that. That bidirectional is cool for sure because it being so small, you can supplement it with another power station very easily. But with the 300 watt inverter, not sure I would care. Its just a very odd feature set but still really good. Do a walk around so we can see the size. Do you have any other power stations to compare it to if you do that video. Thanks for making the video boss.
I still think EB3A is better, it can solar charge 200w. But it nice to see many options at this price range.
Realistically it's 160w at best because of the amp limit but the more options the better.
Fan sounds the same as the River Mini W. I can see this being the replacement should my River Mini W needs replacing.
That's the way I see it as well. Better battery tech and a better design.
▪️ I want to eventually get a power station - mainly just for the eBike. So I can go for longer rides than before. 🧊

I like it but my use case has changed. I want a 3kwh capacity and maybe 1.5kwh in a smaller form factor.
