Just found your channel, enjoying your content (subd). I had a 17' X3 that i sold during C19 and miss. Now im looking a X3 Max. Theres some good deals currently but I'm drawn to the Mav R, waiting to see the 4-seat version. Oh yeah, the Pro R is bitchin' too. Its good to have options!
Thank you! I had that built from Quadrax in Ogden. It’s light and plenty of room. Mostly open deck with a small 10’ section I had done in Trex to use like a deck for chairs and shade tent when we are out.
I was really excited to see the mav r do the rock crawling.. but whoever was shooting the actual can am when it was crawling.. literally could not hold the camera still. was truly hard to watch that footage without getting a head ache!
@@sxsoffroadDefinitely would love to know what is causing it exactly. Are you guys planning on playing around with the the car and the modes to see why it does it?
@@Cobruhh93 Dallin will have to go deeper into it. Until we have one in our group regularly (very tempting but I’m waiting for a 4 seat version) we won’t be able to break that down. My guess is still that it was a safety thing to prevent over torquing the gears.
It would be interesting if it only does it in Sport+ vs Normal mode when in low gear/Manual since Ive heard Sport+ raises the rev limit but I guess time will tell.@@Lawncology
All these sxs aren't made for rock crawling. Keep them in trails and dunes... Btw the way he hits the trailing arm had me biting my lips. That thing is getting ruined.
I both agree and disagree. With my car I try to go as slow as I can up difficult features. I’m not a fan of gas and go. Sometimes you need the skinny pedal but not as much as I see people doing it. The fact is, it’s challenging, fun and sometimes expensive.
Good job Dallin, I'm sure there's a lot to learn with this machine.
For sure
I can’t wait to do my videos!! Thanks for the content guys!!
Sweet video!
Thank you!

A bad day in a Mav R, is still better than a good day in anything else.
Great video, keep up the good work!! Any info on the trailer holding the two four seat can ams?
What brand size and all that?

Him staring out to the left and not looking at the line ahead of him makes him appear to be a “slow adult’
Did Robby block this video too
Better not
I'd like to see someone experienced in rock crawling put 35" Zillas and hit up Moab or Sand Hollow
I want to do that bad.
What trail is this?

That was me and it’s a huge rig that didn’t have a tripod in that case. Trying to do handheld with a cinema camera is difficult.
I wonder why it cut out. Was he in low?
Low and manual, I assume it was a safety to save the gears, like not to exceed and rpm or something

Seems like that DCT trans not good for the low speed crawling.
Jury’s out. Handled a lot over the weekend
Traction control!? 😂 i heard it cut out twice when he was at the top can you turn the tcs off? If not thats a fail on can am part.
It was something with the transmission setting like a safety when you rev to high in a fixed gear.
I leave my vape on the back of my side by side all the time
