Whenever you lift weights you don’t actually use all 100% of your muscle fibers but with adrenaline and all the other chemical reactions, sometimes your brain will actually unlock 100% of those fibers, pretty neat. Assuming that’s how this officer was able to do it

It's mental preparedness. The stress of a situation can send adrenaline through you, and you mentally prepare to try harder than you ever had before. That's what I read about hysterical strength so far. We all have it in us, we can only use it when someone's life is at stake.

Whenever you lift weights you don’t actually use all 100% of your muscle fibers but with adrenaline and all the other chemical reactions, sometimes your brain will actually unlock 100% of those fibers, pretty neat. Assuming that’s how this officer was able to do it
